I'm set to review your forum later today ... one thing i would suggest, as i'll mention later, is downsizing/merging some of your boards with similar topics. you don't want TOO much for your forum. merging similar boards, will make that single board look more active, than 3-4 similar boards with a few topics apiece.
Beleive me, i understand. you have everything in your mind on what you want to do ... but when you get started in th eAdmin Panel, you realze, "whoa ... this is gonna take forever." lol!!!
I believe it's a 48 hour waiting period, until you can bump from your last post.
Remember, get out in the community, at FP, get involved. your Sig in each post you make around the forum, is much more than one ad topic in one section. Make some friends, do some exchanges, and you'll get some people interested, more that way.
