The 95 Lessons caught my eye...how long did it take to come up with all those ideas? For the Dedicate a Community Manager...is that just one person in charge?

Initially I wanted to do 100 but I’ve had it in draft for months on Admin Junkies and decided to let it go with less than 100 as there is always room for improvement. I’ll likely update it when I have the inspiration to do so. 😀

The avatar was found on XenForo’s gallery. I think I do remember it being AI generated. Did save a couple of more that were posted in the gallery. 😀

No, having a dedicated community manager doesn't necessarily mean just one person is in charge. In fact, it often involves a team of individuals working together to ensure effective community management. In your case, the Staff team on FP. In my case, staff team on AJ. This team consist a head community manager who oversees the overall strategy and coordination, as well as several community moderators who handle different aspects of community engagement, content creation, and member support. It's important to have a collaborative approach, a dedicated community manager or team to create a more well-rounded and responsive community that meets the diverse needs of your audience and community.
