Appearance and Style - (Out of 20)
Wow, the theme is very eye-catching indeed and the spotty, blurry kind of grey really does blend in well with the white and blue. You have chose a very good style considering it fits in with the name as the theme can be a very good inspiration to people that may think that. When I read your slogan I thought that you could be doing with a colour change or have a slogan mended in with the banner as I could hardly see the slogan as the lighter dark text doesn't fit with the grey, overall you have a nice appearance which must attract a lot of visitors and a great style just to fit in with the blog category.

Blog Layout and Categorization - (Out of 20)
The blog layout was layed out in a very professional manner, yet basic but neat. I think the three categories was a very good idea to help start of the blog but you could now be doing with some expanding, as the slogan does mention ''...Technology Blog'' and honestly I can't see anything technology related all pretty much webmaster. You should be focusing on more of the main name, inspirations, giving out free inspirations for the bored, and thoughtless, basically I just see this somewhat turning into a webmasters blog which I think there are too much of. Just focus it on outside life inspirations, topic like ''how to burn boredom'', ''my new hobby which will inspire you'', & what not. I ain't exactly good when it comes to these things but you can think of a way to expand surely.

Commenting Activity and Other Interactions - (Out of 20)
Judging from the home page just going past the posts I don't see any comments, I recommend doing a comment exchange with another blog or buying comments just to show that the blog does have some activity flowing around it. The Social Bookmarks bar is very attracted and I am sure once you have enough unique visitors and if you decide to sell up you can gain a few bucks for the profiles that you have made all ready for the blog.

Quality and Frequency of Posts - (Out of 20)
Your posts are not bad, very good grammar and I can tell you think twice about posting as your spelling is ok. Honestly I can't see any mistakes viewing five of your posts just one small suggestion is somehow be more detailed in some of your posts. You should do a rota/timetable type of thing, if you post a small blog post today post another later on the same length and the next day you might want to do a big blog post to get it out of the way. Soon you will notice that you evantually run out of idea's to write for webmasters material and this is why you should include what your slogan says, technology. Technology is constantly updating and some of the things you can write about it is un-believable, I really recommend writing about technology now or never as your slogan includes it, you don't write about it then why have it in the slogan?

Spelling/Grammar - (Out of 20)
As said in the section above, your grammar is very good and so is your punctuation. As said above, you can tell you read over your post's to make sure they make sense to your users, keep it up. Honestly that is it here, I could not notice any mistakes or misspellings and overall you seem serious about blogging. One thing I am curious about is the length of the posts try to make them detailed but make sense.
