Who likes French Toast?

French toast is a dish of sliced bread soaked in beaten eggs and often milk or cream, then pan fried.

When French toast is served as a sweet dish, sugar, vanilla, or cinnamon are also commonly added before pan-frying, and then it may be topped with sugar (often powdered sugar), butter, fruit, or syrup. When it is a savory dish, it is generally fried with a pinch of salt or pepper, and it can then be served with a sauce such as ketchup or mayonnaise.

I love to get it at a restaurant if I'm going to one for breakfast.

I make it all the time. I have homemade vanilla that really makes it taste better. We use real butter in the pan and that, along with the vanilla makes the dish awesome. We just use whatever bread we have on hand, but we normally use a honey wheat bread. I don't add sugar or cinnamon because the syrup will add the sweetness needed.

For some reason when I was growing up, I hated French Toast but now I love it. They do say your taste buds change every so often, so it doesn't surprise me that I like it now lol. I liked the cereal when it came out though, but it definitely doesn't taste the same. I actually have some frozen french toast sticks in my freezer right now.
