This is not exactly for dieters like me but to anyone who is conscious with his food intake, which do you prefer, frequent eating or one heavy meal? In our country, people eat 5 times a day, that’s 2 snacks plus 3 meals. We had guests from London before who didn’t care for snack unless we serve them. They eat only 3 meals and the first meal, which is breakfast, is very light only, often cereals or buttered bread. I wonder how the food they eat could maintain their large bodies.
