First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing my eye catches onto is your advertisement and banner. Unfortunately this shouldn't be. The advertisement up at the top, especially a graphical image one isn't such a good idea. I would move it to the bottom.
Your banner looks great, and you have a great layout. I just suggest you place your advertisement at the bottom instead.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Phew. Glad to see you didn't overdo boards as much as I would have expected, but I do see a little things that need to be corrected.
In your FRIENDSAREAHQ Category, you should move Introductions to the lowest spot, and put Feedback above it,so it would look like this:
Category: FriendsAreaHQ
--Board: Announcements & Important Links
--Board: Feedback
--Board: Introductions
Your discussions area is looking great, nothing wrong at all here.
Same with the area below that, there's really nothing wrong with the layout other than that top area and the placement of your advertisement.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your board was founded in March, it's now June and you've got less than 4,000 posts and 60 members. This isn't so good. You need to step up the promotion and post exchanges.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You overdid it here. You've got two Administrators, three moderators, and one global moderator. That is 6 staff members on a 60 member forum. That's way too many, plus a lot of your moderators are inactive. I would dismiss the inactive ones, and stop hiring for a long time. Your set on staff, don't hire anymore at all. Infact, I would dismiss the less active staff but that's your call.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
No problems here. Spelling/professionalism is superb.

Final Remarks:
Your site has some great potential. You've got to really move that advertisement down as it messes up your forum layout and really takes away from guest experience. Your activity isn't so good either, I would stoop up the post exchanges and the promotion/advertising.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The banner and layout.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
Excessive amount of staff and placement of the advertisement.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I may consider registering if you re-did your advertisement placement and cut back on staff.
