Appearance
I am a fan of your theme. The red and black flow well together and give good definition to the board structure. The banner is designed very well and is easy to read. The menu background makes the white text of the links hard to read, at least on my screen. Changing the color to a darker, but not too dark, grey would fix that. The login box is placed perfectly and is very visible when visiting. The on/off icons are well designed and go well with the theme. On the view forums and view topic pages, the search button sticks out and does not flow well with the theme. I am not sure how this could be fixed without removing the button altogether and just placing a "Search this forum"and "Search this topic" link in that spot.
Layout
Your layout is very nice. There are not too many boards and the content is focused on the topic of the forum. I have no suggestions on the layout other then maybe adding an off topic board for general, relaxed talk.
First Impressions and Interest
When I first visited your forum, I had no idea what it was about. After reading the descriptions of your boards I figured out that it is a product support forum. I would look into ways you can present what your forum is about in a clear manner. This may be a topic in the announcements board telling everyone the subject. My overall interest is low because I do not own anything from Frontier.
Content
Your content is very minimal, which is to be expected with a brand new forum. From the posts that are up, the grammar and spelling is very good. Post more yourself to generate more interest from visitors.

You have a nice looking forum. I would expect that anyone who needs help with Frontier products would either content them directly or do a search for support forums like this, so there is a market for you. Work on content generation right now and grow your member base with some of your friends who own Frontier products. Best of luck!
