As general feedback, I feel that the black background has made the whole site feel dull. There isn't any strong opposing colour to the black so the whole site doesn't appeal.

The banner doesn't have a 'WOW!' feeling. =( It's mostly all text. It would be amazing to see a few game characters pop into parts of the banner.

I also agree with the theme colors.
