Pros:

I am liking the dark theme. Most of the time, dark themes don't work out too well, but it does this round. As soon as the page loads, I can tell right away what the site is about. It's good to see you've categorized the games. Makes the site easier to navigate.

The banners for the homepage and the forum are very well done. The moves pretty fast, even when playing the games, so there's no lag when playing. I would also suggest maybe adding a 'kids' category of games. You never know what age group will come across your site.


Cons:

When I viewed your forum, I seen there was not much activity there. It's understandable, but I'd advise maybe trying to get it active to balance out playing the site games. For the site, you don't have a Favicon. This is one thing that can help make your site unique.

Because of minors (and possibly kids younger than that) using the internet, I noticed you didn't have a warning or disclaimer about some of the games. I would add a disclaimer somewhere just warning users that some of the games are violent.

Final/General Thoughts:

The site definitely is pretty good. I like the fact that the owner is making it half games and half community discussions.

What was most liked about the website/forums:

Seeing as I'm sort of addicted to the 'Big Battle Tanks' game, the games was what really interested me.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:

It's not really a big deal right now, but the lack of activity on the forum.
