First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your site looks pretty good. The banner is a little plain, but it still gets the job done. However, you could probably cut the top one hundred pixels or so to make it smaller. There's a lot of wasted space at the top. I would also like to see a tad more similarity to the main page. Aside from that, though, it's a nice theme. It also suits your gaming forum pretty well.
Your forum appears a tad inactive at a glance. The amount of posts on your forum is rather low. However, you do have a decent amount of members, and you don't have any empty forums.
Overall, I was fairly pleased with your forum at a glance.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout is pretty organized, but your index is pretty long. I would recommend moving your affiliates to the bottom of the forum in a table of some kind. Ask your affiliates for 88x31 buttons. I would also recommend removing the "Milestones" forum and replacing it with a thread in your general discussion area; I don't see a need to dedicate a whole forum to it. If you make these changes, your index will be significantly shorter. You may also wish to remove your rule forum and replace that with a global announcement containing your rules. That would also put balance into your layout by making your "Talk Games" category have the most forums.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum currently receives about five posts per day. You have about fifteen posts for each of your 150 members. You definitely need to begin advertising. The problem is that there are already so many flash game sites. Your best bet would be to post around on the forums of the other flash game sites and hope that some of their users will check out your site. Make sure that you have some unique games that nobody else has.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You currently employ three users. Do not hire any more staff members; there is no need to do so at this time. One of your staff members does not have any posts at all. It's important that your staff members remain active to add more content. If there's more content, users will have more to discuss, and you'll get more posts. Also, not all of your staff members are actively welcoming users to the forum. It's important that new users feel welcome.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your descriptions are short and superficial. Some of them also contain grammar mistakes. I would recommend rewriting them all. Make sure that every description is at least a sentence or two. Make sure they sell your forum, and make sure they describe your forums effectively. Make them sound interesting.
