Well, my vote is based on the first impression i got when visitng both sites.

I'm not sure why the votes based on first impression can't be right, as making a first impression to visitors is important to any site,

This would be my last post in this topic as its not right to discuss such "rules/guidelines" related things here.

First impressions are very important. Those split-second decisions will tell the difference between the next "viral" site, and the next failure. That's a key feature in design. This is why many websites prefer responsive pages and landing pages. They want to give the viewer the impression that this website is for them.

Just to clear it up.

There are no real 'rules' for voting. People vote based on what they like, and their personal preferences. You don't have to be a member of that forum, or know the owner in order to place a vote.

The site battles forum is a public forum that any registered member can see, and place votes in. If this isn't something you like you do not have to participate in a battle.
