Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
The first ting I saw when I visited your forum was your very vibrant theme. The second thing I noticed was the blue box that described what your forum is about, which I liked right off the bat. I liked it because "Admin Forums" to me is sort of a bland name. As a brand new user, for example, coming to your site for the first time, might not realize that your site isn't
JUST administrating forums, so they might leave your site because they wanted SEO help. One somewhat minor flaw that I noticed was the large amount of text on the forum index. It is kind of hectic as a new user to your site to try to read everything at once, & it's a bit overwhelming to me. But the forum does look very active from the Index page.

Site Layout
The site layout itself, again, seems too crowded for my liking. I personally believe that there's a few too many cads on the Index page than needed. (e.g. the large Paypal ad at the bottom that squishes things together more.) I would try to space them out more around the entire forum itself rather than the body of the forum. (in between the first & second post of a topic, etc.) Maybe it's just because I'm using a widescreen laptop, but everything just seems a bit cramped for my liking.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum looks very active from your statistics bar on the right of the home page. You've averaged about one-thousand topics per month with around eight to ten-thousand posts per month. Seeing as you've only been open for a year I believe that your forum is going steadily. You've also accumulated a large amount of users within your one year. I would give your stats a very good grade, in my book.

Staff Moderation
Even at two in the morning my time, there's a staff member online. That's a very good thing in my eyes. I don't want to be on a forum that never has a single staff member online. Because if something goes wrong with the forum, I would want it fixed as quick as possible. But not only is the staff member online, he's actually being active; I clicked on his name & the last active time was somewhere around 2 minutes ago. That's a plus in my book, if you ask me.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
There is a minor grammar error in one of your forum descriptions. Probably not something most people would notice, to be honest.
"Discuss everything forum software and you views and opinions on them, modifications, styles and community customization is also very welcome here." should be "Discuss everything forum software and you views and opinions on them, modifications, styles and community customization
are also very welcome here."
The programming name in your "Programming Help and Discussion" forum should all be capitalized in the description.
& just to merely keep with the rest of the descriptions, I think you should take the slashes out of "Buy/Trade/Sell anything from forums, scripts and domains to post exchanges and link trading, pick up a bargain or sell some unwanted stuff here." and actually write out "Buy, trade, or sell anything from forums, scripts and domains to post exchanges and link trading, pick up a bargain or sell some unwanted stuff here."
