First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your forum’s theme is neither great nor horrible. It’s very legible and simple, but at the same time, quite plain. What’s the problem with that? There are tons of different promotion forums out there. You need to “Wow!” your guests if you want them to stay. Additionally, under the Points Statistics, there’s supposed to be an image:
http://www.supromoteforum.exlhost.info/ ... online.gif However, that image doesn’t seem to exist. I would fix that, especially because it’s on your homepage. I have a few ideas that could make your theme a little more exciting. See these images?
A plain block is boring. Maybe add “SP” or some other abbreviation for your forum inside of them. Second, get a favicon. That way people will have a nice little image if they bookmark your forum.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Again, I’m feeling a sense of mediocrity. There’s nothing particularly awful about your forums you’ve added, but nothing great. I’m not trying to rude, I promise. I’m just trying to be honest. Promotion forums are a dime a dozen. It’s hard to get a successful one started. Why? Unoriginality. What services do you have other forums don’t? All your services are quite run-of-the-mill. What would make someone go to your forum instead of a more popular forum? Let’s talk about the positives, though. All of your forums are categorized correctly. You also have very clear and nice-looking rank images.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
This is the problem with newer forums. It’s really impossible to judge this section with such a new forum. I’ll do my best, however. Why is it hard? Well, you see, activity from the beginning may be great and get worse, or be horrible, and get better. From what I can tell, you have about 1000+ posts on your forum. That’s a pretty important milestone for new forums to pass. 65 is also a good amount of forums. I’d say your forum started off well. We’ll have to see. I can’t really judge at this point.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
It’s nice to see you’ve got at least some starter staff ready. It would be pointless to have services if there’s nobody there to provide them, eh? I checked out your review section naturally, and while your reviews are a bit short, they’re better than what I’ve seen. They at least provide constructive criticism. Your package service also seems nice, and requests seem to be getting done. There were a couple of services that were late, but that’s no big deal. Overall good job on the staff so far.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Here are some of the errors with your board descriptions I noticed:

“Do you have some feedback for us? Or have a great suggestion. Come and post it in here. Also post if you are experiencing any problems.” should be, ““Do you have some feedback for us, or do you have a great suggestion? Come and post it in here. Also, post if you are experiencing any problems.”
“New to SP? Come here and introduce yourself. Leaving for a while, come and let us know in here too.” should be, “New to SP? Come here, and introduce yourself. Leaving for a while? Come and let us know in here too.”
“Come here and get a review of your forum. website or blog. We offer 4 different types of reviews. All reviews are completed by a member of our review team.” should be, “Come here, and get a review of your forum, website, or blog. We offer 4 different types of reviews. All reviews are completed by a member of our review team.”
Those are a few of the things I noticed. I’d do a grammar check.
