First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When I first look at your forum, I see a very nice theme! Very colorful and it doesn't have a lot going on, it is a great color scheme. I love how the 'announcement' looking banners are black, it really draws attention to the subject.
Nice snow effect for the holidays, it doesn't lag for me and it looks nice because it isn't really intruding. I also like how the Pokemon guy follows you on the forum (on the top left). It is pretty cool and I like that effect!
Overall really nice theme, it looks really nice and inviting to a visitor

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I have to say, I love your guest forum. Only high ranked staff and guests can see it - so it is more private and if some bugger comes along and posts inappropriate things, the larger part of your member base will not be exposed to it. Very nice idea.
I like the idea of those Holiday forums. They are there, and temporary as I can see, for the holidays. It has attention being right under the forum-related forums. I think, however, the Pokemon Zone category should be moved up, it is right next to the off topic area, but that is basically the foundation for your site. In "The Pokemon Zone" I think "General Pokemon" should be moved up to the first in that category.
Good layout, but could be improved as I have stated :great:

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum has been open for a while now and has only received 6k posts - that is bad but it is better than some. Including the fact that your members are really kind and just generally have a nice flow of conversation. That is the most important thing. You want your guest to log in and want to participate. However, if someone forgets about 6th floor (the url is rather hard to remember), try sending occasional emails to inactive members to bring them back and remind them about the forum.
That should help bring back some valuable members and help your forum get bigger.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
The staff are doing are great job! Every staff member is active and chat with members. The community is well moderated and all the members seem content when they post. No friction with other members or staff. I would say, however, do not hire any more staff until you get larger. You have a great community and not too many problems from the member side. So they ay just be members with special titles. While every member of the staff are great guys on the forum, I just would hold off hiring anymore until you get bigger.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Well I am not much of a Pokemon guy, but I remember playing it a lot when I was young. So I believe this line "Be gone... Intruders... " is what one of the Pokemon says when you get to that level in the large building. So I think that is where that is coming from, if so, it is a nice touch!
All forums are generally well written. However the "T0NS 0F UPD4T3S." isn't too professional as it is in the announcements and in leech speech. However, most other posts and announcements are pretty much professional and grammatically correct.
