Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
First off, I must say; I really love the theme. MyBB has a huge selection of great themes, and your forum is using one of the best themes available in my opinion. The theme is sleek. It's simple, yet professional. I love the color combination of light green and gray. They go together very well. The theme is fitting for your forum's genre. It also goes well with the forum name "Life's Circle." The name makes me think of Earth and grass, so a green theme is perfect for it. So, I really don't feel you will need to change your forum's default theme any time soon besides maybe a few minor edits.
Checking out the banner, I must say I like it very much. The banner looks pretty nice and professional. It matches your forum theme. I like the world icon that you have in the banner. One problem I notice though is that the world icon is cut off. I know that's part of the design in it, to make it look like it continues on past the header without actually showing the whole thing; it would look great like that if it wasn't that the icon stretches a bit past the header. That's the only problem I see with the banner. Then, there's the menu buttons. They have a glossy Mac-like style that just doesn't seem to match the rest of the theme. It's a bit hard to read the text on the top menu. The color of the text on the top menu doesn't go well with the top menu gradient. It makes it hard to read. But, overall; the forum has an excellent appearance.

Site Layout
Looking through the forum, I noticed you only have two categories and eight boards. That's not very many boards. It wouldn't hurt to add a couple more, or maybe do a bit more organizing with the categories, and have three or four categories instead of two. They layout is pretty simple. I think you should work on extending the rage of boards for discussion. For example, the forum is called "Life's Circle" or the "Circle of Life" but there's no boards just for life discussion. I feel there should a board simple called "Life" where users can vent about stuff going on in their life or discuss what's going on in the real world. You could also have a board or sub-board for debates, polls, arts, hobbies, etc. The forum doesn't seem to cover life very well for a forum actually called "Life's Circle." I know, the forum isn't really active, and that can be an argument to not have more boards. As, then it could possibly make the forum appear dead having dead boards. Well, devote yourself to posting in each board daily. That's all there is to it. Then, you can have as many boards as you want.
Next, I noticed where you have the Introductions board located. I really don't feel that Introductions should go in General Discussions. It belongs in the forum-related topics category. It should be directly under "Feedback - Suggestions - Support," to make it a bit more noticeable. Also, I think Comedy Corner could be turned into a sub-board in Miscellaneous Discussions. Then, Technology Discussion could be made a sub-board in the Entertainment Forum or Miscellaneous Discussions. I also feel you need a board or sub-board for sports and current events. However, it's not that bad of layout currently.

Statistics and Activity
Well, Life's Circle is not too active. Good job on accumulating over 300 members, 400 topics, and 2,000 posts. 300 members is a lot for only 2,000 posts. You need to try your best to get some of these members posting again. There are a load of inactive accounts. You don't want inactive accounts. Sent out emails to these users just reminding them that Life's Circle still exists, and you may get a few users back on to the forum. I really recommend having a nice, fun, and friendly contest or competition with a great prize. That would not only be appealing for possible new users, but it would appealing for once inactive users as well. You are apparently the only one that has posted today, with nine posts made by you today. You need some posts and topics coming in from others. You should maybe consider participating in post exchanges or ordering a package from Forum Promotion's Posting Packages. Also, in the past week, the top five posts include you and four users that are now banned. I will assume that they were spammers or something. Also, in the past month, the top five active users include you, the owner of the forum before you, two users now banned, and then Joel. So, the only legit regular user is really Joel. You've got some work to do to get the forum active.

Staff Moderation
The staff moderation is great! You are the only staff member. You are definitely getting the job done. No doubt about it. There's no reason for you to have any more staff members right now. You are being active and moderating the forum when it is needed. Well done on that. You could maybe start recruiting for a moderator though. If you start getting your forum back on track and active, you will need a moderator; It's always good to hunt for a staff member ahead of time. I also know a few users banned. I can assume that these users were spammers, bots, or whatever. You have done a great job dealing with them. Well done on that. It's clear that you are ready to do your job and moderate around the forum. So, there's not much to change to your staff team as of right now.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
You seem to be doing a pretty good job when it comes to professionalism. I don't see really see any spelling and grammar errors besides a couple things. For one, the Announcements board description needs a period at the ending of it. Although, I think you should just redo it completely. That board's description is way too short. Also, the Technology Discussion board description has a bit of a wording error in it. "Do you like technology? Want to discuss
about it a little? We're here to discuss it with you!" The word about, which is in bold, needs to be removed from the board description. It doesn't really make sense otherwise.
Also, there's the Posting Games sub-board description. "Here post topic games like count forever and so on!" That really doesn't make sense. It needs to be rewritten completely. You seem to be acting in a very professional manner around the forum ever since you bought the forum. Professionalism is one of your strong points when you are posting. You also need to revise the rules. Just take a quick read over it and you will see what I mean. The rules probably need to be completely redone. For example, it says "massages" instead of "messages" on Rule 3. Also, you should change who the author of the rules topic is or make a new rules topic and archive the old one. As you are now the administrator, it's easier for new users to interpret the credibility in the rules.
