Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Okay well first of all your sites appearance, well my first impressions to the site if I'm being honest was that I was a little unsure about what you would have in store for me as there are lots of forums that start and then may fail but your site seems quite popular and active and I think the styles colour and your forums logo is quite inviting to the users that come to the site. The white and green text stands out and makes the logo look nice but I think a little more graphics around it is needed, the logo is alright but logos tend to look really nice when they're plain and simple or really high-designed, your is in the middle and could be improved with some more touches to it. Nevertheless! The sites style and activity seems to be quite inviting and I think that it has potential to draw in members when they visit, nice work.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Right well site layout is one of the main things that people can mess-up on but it's clear you've gone for that 'standard promotion look' which works providing you have something to fill the forums up with, and it works. The layout is nice and is easy to find key forums that I want to read and/or participate in. The member adverts for me as well are not intrusive either and don't get in the way for me when viewing so theoretically others shouldn't find them as annoying as adverts can be on other sites. Also the general layout of your forum with all the modded features around it give it a nice touch, and I like the viewtopic page as well, it's very nice and spaced out, which also reminds me of the space on the index page which is put to good use, nothing is just being wasted. One thing though that I do have to add is on the layout, even though it's set out nicely, there is a lack of graphics around the forum, I think changing some of the default graphics on the forums style would really make it stand out, even just changing the background image would make it look extra special, good work though.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Now your stats and activity, well they're pretty good in terms of the posts to member ratio, they're good stats and the amount of time that the forum has been open is really good as well, I think the stats are quite good. The only thing that lets it down is the total amount of posts and topics in the actual forums, it seems to be focused on a few boards which makes it seems that some places are more active than others so getting some more discussion going in other forums should be something to think about. Lastly, I've been on your site once or twice before but it seems like there arn't many people that are online at once. Getting people online at the same time is hard but I think if you can get more people online together then that will help boost the acitivty.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Staff moderation, okay well a few things let it down here to be honest. First of all quite a lot of your staff don't actually seem active on the forums just from looking at their post count. The majority of them have low post counts compared to the activeness on the site which is bad as staff need to be on as much as possible posting as much as possible. Secondly I don't think you have enough staff members, it looks as if your staff and yourself are struggling with the service requests at the moment. I think hiring more service staff would be a must because currently there is a request that was made by one of your posting staff requesting a posting request and there is only two on the team so staff is needed. In terms of general moderation though it looks as if you and your staff are doing a good job in keeping the forum in order though, nice work.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Right your professionalism, spelling and grammar, Well a few forum descriptions caught my eye while I was looking around and things like this; "Buy/Sell/Trade websites, licenses, domain, designs, etc.", could be turned into descriptions like this; "Buy, sell or trade any items you have here such as forums, designs or even domains!". Also another description as an example is the announcement description which reads; "Keep up to date with all the important news for the forum.", which could be changed to something maybe like; "Keep up to date with everything that is happening on Promotion Box!". Aside from the descriptions and such now though, you and your staff have good grammar and spelling and seem to be keeping your community in shape, just a few capital letters and full stops missing here and there which aren't major things but can make a difference, but pretty good though.

You have a really good site there, there is just a few things that can be changed such as more graphics here and there and more active staff moderation but your forum has a lot of potenital.

What I liked most was the activity really, your forums quite active and looks inviting to potential new members which is always a plus!
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
I think more moderation is needed, not that the moderation is bad but there is a lack of staff and some more activeness in certain areas as well as more graphics around the site to spice it up.

I think it is a really good site and I may consider joining up in future, just a few things need changing that I've mentioned though.
