Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I'm not a big fan of your theme. The logo is very plain, and it does little to make you stand out from other forums. The theme as a whole is just... boring. The blue and gray are a very odd combination. I would scrapping this theme and finding a different one. Try to find one that suits the theme of your site a little more, and create a banner that makes your forum stand out. Maybe you could have a banner with the name of your forum that has some television characters and a television screen. You don't have any empty forums, so that is good. Scrolling down, your statistics look a little low. Sorry to say it, but my first impression of your forum was negative.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your index runs a little long, but your layout is organized. Considering the theme of your site, I don't really see how you could trim your layout down any. One thing I
might recommend is moving your "Sports" category to the "TV Genres" category. Sports are on television, and television is the main theme of your site; thus, it might fit better in that category. Other than that, though, all I can tell you is to look for ways that you
might be able to combine forums that aren't used often to condense your index a bit.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my rough calculations, your forum currently receives about ten posts per day. There is definitely some room for improvement here. Your forum is still new, so post exchanges may be very valuable to you. Although post exchanges rarely lead to active members, they
will give you start-up posts; that will make your forum look more active, and that will make prospective members more likely to register. When you have a decent amount of start-up posts, you can start advertising your site through normal means (e.g. services on promotion forums). Another thing that may help is registering on other forums that have the same focus as your forum and posting around a bit wearing your forum's signature banner. I also think that working on your forum's theme will lead to more activity; some users judge forums based on themes, and even those who don't care about themes sometimes remember forums based on aesthetics. Your forum won't stick out in the heads of prospective members if it looks too plain.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
As far as I can tell, you (Admin) are currently the only staff member. That is fine for now; there isn't really a need to hire anyone. Be careful to hire additional staff members if your forum has a sudden surge of activity, though. You appear to do a good job of generating content and welcoming new members. It seems that you are doing your job effectively from the community side of things. For the time being, your forum does not have any staffing issues.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
You seem to have done a good job of creating descriptions that lack grammatical errors, and that is great. However, your descriptions seem very robotic and boring to me. In my opinion, descriptions can tell prospective members a lot about the forum. For example, they can tell you how laid back a forum is. I think that your forum needs some more enchanting descriptions. For example, instead of writing, "Discussion cartoons, from Spongebob to The Simpsons" to describe your "Cartoons" forum, you could simply write, "Who lives in the pineapple under the sea?" You could also write, "Discuss the wonderful cartoons you all enjoyed as a child and continue to enjoy growing older" or something along those lines. If you put more thought into the descriptions of your forums, they will make them sound more interesting. Normally, I would point out grammar mistakes in this part of the review; I'm not going to for the time being since I would like to see your descriptions changed. Assuming you take my advice and then request a follow-up review, we can talk about grammar.
