Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Ick, the color scheme of your forum is really not good at all. First off, a main color should never be gray. That is honestly the most boring color there is. Second, your banner is not good either. The text blends in with the background, the font is totally not appropriate for your forum, and the background is very poorly done. I will, however, compliment the login, FAQ, etc icons. Those look very professional and have a good look to them. Anyway, the guest announcement is really off, the font being red just looks obnoxious. Post view, is, surprise, gray. Really not attractive. However, your rank icons are good and I like how the read/unread icons glow animated, that's a nice thing. However, that's still not going to outweigh how the icons look on the forum, and the skin as a whole. Honestly, I'd look for something new.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout hurts my head. Why are some navigation elements tabbed and other ones buttons? That really goesn't make sense. As far as the actual layout of your forums, your forums are fine, but the number of non-tech boards is a bit high. Also, couldn't the Introductions forum go into the main category of your site? Like, under the top two forums have it as the 3rd. Your tech category layout seems OK but could have a bit more activity in terms of some of the forums have little to no posts. I would evaluate them and see how you can fix those up. One layout element I did like was that your affiliate section was nonintrusive while still being noticeable.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum curiously seems to have no stats box whatsoever, making this section much harder to grade. However, for being open about a year, your forum seems to lack activity. Sure your member count is great, but your post count fails. Some forums have a grand total of 1 thread in them, not good. You should have at least a few thousand posts by now, maybe doing some more post exchanges in the less active forums wouldn't be a bad idea, because such forums are going to drive new members off.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your forum also didn't have a button to easily view this, but it seems that it's you and another moderator. If I am correct, then that is perfectly fine for a forum of your activity. Just to let you know, you shouldn't add anymore staff at the current time because a lot of admins hire staff just to gain an active member, which is not a good idea. I'm glad you haven't done that. Also, you and your staff member seem to act professional around the forum. Also, both of you seem very active. Overall, if one section is going to bring your forum's score up, this is the one.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Yikes, your spelling and grammar had a lot of errors. I'll point out a few of them, the rest of them you should be able to catch after I show you these.
"Keep a keen eye on this forum and read the rules and announcements made in it" should be, "Keep a keen eye on this forum, and read the rules and announcements made in it."
"Discuss about the latest in softwares and hardware technology and put up your own made softwares if you have any." should be, "
Discuss about the latest in software and hardware technology, and put up your own made software, if you have any."
"In here you can put up some tutorials and guidlines regarding computers and hardwares and discuss about them" should be, "In here you can put up some tutorials and guidelines regarding computers and hardware, and discuss them."
"In here you can discuss about instant messaging and communication." should be, "In here you can discuss about instant messaging and communication."
"This is a lounge where you all can go offtopic , talk about yourself, play games etc" should be, "This is a lounge where you all can go off-topic, talk about yourself, play games, etc."
You should get the idea. Professionalism isn't the issue here.
