First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I really like your logo. It's simple, and professional looking. The font looks good as well. I like your skin as well. It has a very professional look to it. It's clean and light, which I like. The images are lightweight, and flow. The only annoying thing is that the skin puts all of the user info on the right instead of most, on the left. That looks odd, but it's not a huge deal. I like the board unread/read icons, they "glow" when there's new posts, which is a neat effect. Also, the color scheme is nice, could have a few more shades of actual color, but that's no big deal. Overall, not much to complain about, excellent job.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I immediately liked the achievement system. That's definitely a cool way to get people to post. Another thing I liked was that the chat was unintrusive while still functional. As far as your phyisical forum layout, there are a few things I'd like to point out. First, you have too many off-topic forums, almost as many as on-topic forums you have. If you're gonna have a forum about online communities, it should be about them, not a ton of forums about other stuff. A lot of forums do that, and it's not a good idea. Also, I don't know if this was just my account or not, by I could view the staff lounge, just saying. (I won't take points off for this because it may be my account.) Your forums were categorized and the navigation was good, however.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You're doing great for how old your forum is. A lot of forums don't even reach 2K posts in 3 months. So, you're doing above average. Definitely keep promoting and you'll grow even more, you seem to have a dedicated community which is good. The advertising and tutorial forums could use some more activity, though. Overall, if you get some more activity in them you will be doing very well. There's really nothing to complain about.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
It kind of scares me anybody that can prove they know about PHP can get access to moderator privelages, I see potential problems there. You're not overstaffed, and your staff group seems to do a good job, but you don't know what these members that apply are gonna be like. I would be careful about who you hire. That's really the only thing though, everything else was fine.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your spelling was excellent. There were a few minor errors I did notice though.
"Introduce yourself and welcome the other members to php|Dissection" should be, "
Introduce yourself, and welcome the other members to php|Dissection."
"Discuss anything Music-related in here! " should be, "Discuss anything music-related in here! "
"Discuss all TV shows and Movies in here! " should be, "Discuss all TV shows and movies in here! "
"Share video clips from YouTube and other online video hosting sites with the rest of the members! "

That's it though, and they were minor.

Final Remarks: Excellent forum.

What was most liked about the website/forums: Pretty much everything.

What was disliked most about the website/forums: The potential staff problem, the layout.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? There's nothing that would keep me from joining.
