Any idea when I can expect it, your message was posted on the 20th and it's now the 23rd. I'm not bothered or being pushy, just want to make sure you haven't forgotten me :great:

I was actually going through and fixing a couple things in my review with statistics and other things when you posted your message. Here it is:

First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

You’re using vBulletin! I like the green/black theme that you have. It goes great with a technology forum which is what your forum appears to be. I don’t like seeing each forum’s RSS feed image on the forum index. There seems to be too much blank space between the forum names and the post/thread counts. Try to shrink down the width a little bit. There’s also a lot of blank space to the right of the statistics section.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

You should switch the software zone and the cooling zone. The software zone gets more activity, so if it’s closer to the top, it’s more likely to be noticed and guests might think your forum is more active. There are way too many forums. Make Tip us Off a sub-forum of the published articles forum. Merge your Audio and Video forums together. Merge all of your cooling forums into 1 forum because there are only 10 topics between the 4 forums. That would do fine in 1 forum. Is the Business forum really needed? It doesn’t seem to be used very much. If you feel like you still need it, possibly merge it with the Great Deals forum and rename it to something that better suits all sales. Try to merge any forums that you think could possibly go together. You can always make sub-forums or make them their own actual forum when a certain topic starts getting more discussion.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

You have 515 topics and 5020 posts. You have almost 10 posts per topic which is a good number to have. It means that you are getting discussion going with the topics that are being made. You have 52 members which means on average each member is barely short of 10 topics. Your members are also averaging just fewer than 100 posts each. Most of your forums seem to be pretty active and are regularly posted in, but you have some that are barely posted in or not posted in at all.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

There are 3 moderators/administrators, and 1 publisher. I take it there are 3 of you that run the forum. That should be plenty. If I were you, I wouldn’t get another staff member until you reach about 100 posts. You have about 17% of your forum’s total posts. Your S-Mod has about 12% of all of your forum’s posts. You two together have about 29% of all of your forum’s posts, but I can’t find any posts from your Moderator. Both you and G-Mod get online regularly and seem to really care about the forum.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

“Leaderboard” is actually 2 words. in the alternative OS forum description, there is a $ in place of an S in Microsoft. “Multimedia, Codecs”, there should be an apostrophe in “Codecs”. In the box at the top (I think it’s a guest only box), it says “…currently your are browsing…” change to “…currently you are browsing…” or “…currently you’re browsing…”. In the 2nd paragraph first line, “centred” is suppose to be “centered”. In the end of sentence three, “overclocking” is suppose to be 2 words. In the 4th sentence, “aswell” is supposed to be 2 words as well. 😛

Final Remarks:
Your forum has a lot of potential because there’s always going to be coders and new people wanting to code. If you just advertise more and get your forum’s name out there, you should start seeing a lot of traffic.

What was most liked about the website/forums:

Your theme and that you have a vB license for your forum.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:

All of the blank space everywhere.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?

Make it so there’s not so many forums, get rid of the blank space, and advertise more. I want to join a forum where people are actively posting.
