First Impressions & Appearance
When I first visit the site I see a yellow notice band across the top of the header. The information about the Tweet button. I would center the text inside that band, that will make it more appealing and look better.
The theme is very nice, it kind of goes along with the 'ecommerce' feel. I like it and makes it feel like a product forum.
I think the logo colors should be changed. I would make The and Forum black and keep product orange, or vice versa. It may look better, just an idea. Very nice logo as it though.

Site Layout
I think the forums are chopped up very well. Everything seems to go where it needs to and is laid out like one would expect. Technology as the first main category (because it is what seems to be mostly bought now-a-days) and followed by furnishings and books. Great job.
Ads are very well placed, I love where you put them. You made them work for your forum.

Statistics and Activity
You opened up pretty recently and have done a good job. The forum has some pretty decent activity, and there seems to be an open discussion in every forum. That will enable newer members (who tend to respond more than create a whole new topic) to participate in the forum.
There are quite a few active users and there are also members who haven't even made one post. I would encourage them by sending a personalized PM to the forum and see what they say/do.
Overall, pretty good activity. Keep it up!

Staff Moderation
You have two Administrators and no moderators as I can see. Two administrators are good in the beginning. It will help your forum really get in touch with the administration to get cozy on the forum.
In terms of moderation, it is well kept. Just be warned that spam bots usually try selling stuff, and by having the words "Product Forum" in your forum name, you will have problems in the future.
Staff are doing a commendable job so far. :great:

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
The descriptions are short and sweet. They pretty much explain what will be in the forum, because the user assumes it is a product. They are well written for the circumstance and look good. At a glace I can tell what I am diving into.
I'd remove the line in the "Everything and Anything" forum about product reviews. That is assumed and looks unprofessional.
