First Impressions & Appearance
Your forum is really just an 'impact' on first look. It is the size of my screen and everything looks really big. I'd look into making it smaller because it makes it hard to read and watch.
The colors are kind of dull. Not very inviting, just deep, dark and alone type colors. Try more warm colors like red, yellow, orange, blue, ect!
😀 that will help boost the look and feel of your forum. Increasing the feeling will make it feel more inviting to guests.
You have a nice logo, but the smiley in the favicon isn't the same color. It is something small but all the little details count.
I like your ad, that you have in the login box. It is sort of targeted at me (like sites I have visited and such). It gives users more incentive to click them if it is targeted to them.

Site Layout
You have a pretty good layout, but it feels like too many forums. It takes me a while to scroll all the way down your forum (also that size problem with reading). Try sub foruming some. That will save space and make it more organized. Too many forums on the index = longer load time.
I like that you can move the stats box by yourself. That gives users the power if they care about it or don't really like it to move it out of the way. That was a great move and the first time I have seen something like that! Great job.

Statistics and Activity
You have been open for a pretty good time now and you are doing very well, nearly 20k posts! That is amazing. You have established a large memberbase and a stable community and made it very well! Very good activity and stats!
I'd start contests like a funny photo contest or something to help more of your members get posting because there are members with 0 post counts. Getting even one more person getting interested in your forum can get big

Staff Moderation
The staff are doing a pretty good job. You are not over staffed and you maintain a pretty good staff team, they are all doing their job very well and the forum is kept clean and troll free. Good job with your staff, very good team you have there :great:

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
It seems like a lot of your forums start with "Discuss". "Discuss things here" "Discuss that here". It gets kind of repetitive and dry. Mix it up and spice it up! For example:
"Discuss hardware, software, websites & much more here." could be..
"Love to nerd out? Well then this forum is for you!".
You have pretty good spelling and it is a really laid back site and you keep it that way instead of switching between two. So nice job
