First Impressions & Appearance
I like that you have a home page, it makes your site seem professional, the colour scheme is OK too, the colours blend well and it's pretty easy on the eye. I would personally have liked to see your Logo with capital letters included rather than all lower case, this would add to the professional element. Your banner pretty much explains what your site is about but there are possibly one or two items too many, you don't really need the keyboard image. It would be nice to see you have your own favicon too. I like the added widgets at the side.
My general first impression is that it's appealing and has a mature look to it.

Site Layout
The first thing I noticed was that the forum is slightly too wide and I have to scroll left and right to view the full thing, it's only by a few pixels but it does take away from my enjoyment. All the areas seem orderly, you don't clutter the site with too many categories on the main page, however I don't quite understand why the Web Discussion section is attached to the Technology category, as it's not a product? I would recommend moving it to the general discussion area, maybe it could replace the YouTube category as that seems a bit random for the main page. You could put that as a sub section of the general discussion? Also when I click to view a section the top half of the page is slightly cluttered by Tag clouds, Announcements and FAQ bar.

Statistics and Activity
I can see that you and your members have worked hard at threads and posts, almost 3,000 posts in 8 weeks is a massive achievement. Looking at your 72 hour stats it's seems you have a massive number of guests compared to registered users, while 29 registered users is a good amount, it would be great to get some of the guests logging in.
It appears that you have a good scattering of posts throughout your forum, all sections are active and the posts are most definitely not all done by the staff.

Staff Moderation
I personally think that the Admin side is a little over staffed, you may have your reasons for this but four Admins are not really needed for a site of this size. I'm a little confused as to why one of your Admin is also listed as a moderator? Two moderators is just the right amount, you may want to remove the Admins name from that group? From what I can see your staff are friendly and polite which is always a welcome sight.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
I like your friendly, descriptive manner when introducing each category, I don't see any spelling or grammatical errors particularly. I think you give a detailed explanation of what's allowed in each section which is far better than a 4-5 word sentence. The warm and friendly side comes across more than a professional yet stuffy approach, which I personally don't think is a bad thing
