First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I really liked how your logo is so simple yet perfectly blends into the forum design. The overall forum theme is simple and rudimentary. I hope you know that your version of vB has a huge security hole, therefore I would suggest you to upgrade as soon as possible. Besides the logo, you haven't really customized the theme, so I will also suggest you to change the forumicons to something more unique ie. the character's head from the logo. Another thing which I liked was that none of your forums had 0 posts. However, for a forum that is only a month old, you should definitely reduce the number of forums you currently have; it would give your user a better direction as to where to start posting. A quick look at it, your activity isn't awful but it isn't great.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You have your forums/categories the exact successive order I'd expect any other forums to have them; Site forums, niche forums and then the general forums. However, I just could not stand some of the ideas that some of your forum present, such as the "Criminal Concourse", why is there such an emphasis? I suggest you either completely get rid of it or make it a sub forum under the feedback and suggestions forums. Another suggestion would be to temporarily remove the "Emulation" category until you have gained more exposure.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum is only a month old and you have already attained nearly a thousand posts; also you only have about 200 topics, this means your users are actually interacting with the topics you have. Therefore, create more topics for your users to reply to, at this stage of your forum, this is one of the best things you can do. Also, you should use our other services such as Posting Packages to increase your exposure to the web. Your user activity isn't outstanding but it is considerate amount. Join other larger Pokemon related forums and try to introduce your forum to them.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You currently have 2 admins, 2 global moderator & 6 moderators. For a forum that is only a month old, that is an exuberant number of staff members. You definitely need to cut down on the number of moderators to about 2-3 and 1 global moderator. You can then slowly increase the number of staff at a later point. 3 of your moderators either have 0 or less than 5 posts, which is outrageous.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your forum spell errors slim to none. Your grammar, however, was not all that good; which brought down the level of professionalism. Several mistakes I noticed was errors such as failing to capitalize letters after period or missing commas or period at the appropriate places. I suggest you read over your forum descriptions and fix several errors such as "... Pokemon Topics. if you have any ..." to "... Pokemon Topics.
