Your Forum Review

First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

There's nothing spectacular about your theme. The theme itself doesn't look horrible; the color scheme is okay. Your icons are also okay. The bad thing about your theme is that you've got tons of broken images on your index. Even your banner at the top is broken. I don't think this is an error on my end. You definitely need to fix the broken images. They make the theme look really bad.

Your forum doesn't look very inactive at a glance. You've got one empty forum; empty forums can make your forum look inactive to prospective members. However, you've got a decent number of posts and members. However, you should definitely get that empty forum problem fixed.

Overall, my first impression of your forum was very neutral.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

Your index is very long. It's well organized and focused, but the very long length is a problem. I would definitely recommend eliminating some of the forums that aren't getting much use. I know that the layout on a promotion forum is always a challenge, but you might even consider cutting out some of the services that aren't currently used heavily until the forum grows. If you start your forum out with every single service you can possibly imagine, then there won't be a lot of room for growth. It also makes your forum seem inactive when you've got a lot of forums that are barely getting any use.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

According to my rough calculations, your forum currently receives approximately thirty-five posts per day (after adjusting for the amount of time your forum was closed). You've got twenty posts for each of your 129 members. Your forum isn't dead, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. You need to get some advertising done. Since you've got a promotion forum, advertisement is pretty simple; just post a bunch of ads on every promotion forum you can find. You could also search FP for some search engine optimization tips and promotion tricks. You may also consider post exchanges to make your forum appear a bit more active to prospective members. Also, get your staff members to generate some content so that users have more to discuss.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

You've currently got three staff members. That is a good number of staff members, but two of your three staff members have very few posts (one staff member only has one post)! It's important for prospective members to see that the staff members on your forum are active. Staff members who do not post often make a forum seem neglected. Your members' introductions also get very few replies (often only one). You should encourage your staff members to welcome new members more. Overall, you really need to work on your staff activity.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

Your forum descriptions really need to be rewritten in my opinion. Many of them are redundant. Many of them also have every single word capitalized, and I think it would be better if you lowercased the words that don't need capitalization. Make sure that your descriptions sell your forum and its services. Make sure none of your forums have pointless descriptions. Make sure every single description tells your prospective members how awesome your forum is.

Total Score - 54 (Out of 100)

Final Remarks: Your forum isn't really performing horribly in any of these areas, but you do need some improvement in most of them.
