Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Upon a first look over your site, it looks like your on the right track to a decent start. There is life on your forums, and everything seems ok from a first glance. The main things that really caught my eye when I first looked on the site was, your main section and what your forum is all about hosting was lacking. In other words your Hosting Center section, is not really alive at all, if this is the heart behind your whole forum, then I recon you should get that section more active. A few things I could recommend is some post exchanges, getting some of your friends to post some topics in the Hosting Center, or even adding a guides section to show how things work.
The affiliates scroll bar down the bottom is also a nice touch, with all your affiliates sliding across the screen. The only other things I noticed on a first glance over was that you’re missing an introduction section, I recommend adding 1 of these, as it’s always nice when you first join a forum, to introduce yourself to the community.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
As for your theme and forum layout, I recon it looks nice and professional. For a forum such as yours showing off that you do a professional job is a good thing, and it is said that a colour makes the room, or in this case the forum. Your style is simple and effective, and it doesn’t blur text in posts or make anything hard to read. Also some people say that white on a forum is dead, that you need more colour, well the way you set this out I cant think of anything better to suit. How ever the dull background could use some work, as it looks to bland, and could do with either an upgrade or being replaced all together.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum does lack activity, but on the flip side of the coin your not off to a bad start. As I stated before your main Hosting Center section needs the most attention, as it is really lacking in activity. Being the main section of your board, it should be on of the busiest. I also recon downgrading some sections or temporarily taking them out of the forum until you grow a bit, as sections like Technical Help and Network Info are yet to even see action. You also need more members, I recon doing some post exchanges would be a great way to get your site more activity, and more members added to your site.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Ok I going to be honest here, you have way to many staff for a forum of your size. I mean you have 19 members and 9 staff, that’s about 50% of all your members are staff. I know some of them might be your friends, but until your board gets bigger and more active I would just stick to 1 staff member, which is the creator of the site. If you wish to still have all your other friends around, why not make them valued members or some other special non staff rank, that way when the time is right you can add them as staff.
But one good point to make on your staff members, it looks like they are a professional crew. They are nice to members, always act professionally, and I notice that they always use proper spelling and grammar. You might have too many staff members now, but when your site gets active and big they will make a nice edition to the board.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
As stated before your staff all have good spelling and grammar, and always act nice and professional around members. A good look at your board reveals, that not much is out of place. I could only really spot a few grammar mistakes, as several of your descriptions for your different sections, could use some grammar corrections. But let me say I only pick those points out as I did a detailed look into your site, so you have done quite well. As a writer by trade I give you good marks for your spelling and grammar, and this is one very happy writer, seeing the nice work on your board.

Final Remarks:
Your site is off to a good start, try fixing up a few things on the board, and getting more members to the site. And you should be sitting pretty on top a good site in no time, if you keep at it and work on improving the site, it can only go up and improve on the foundation you have already made.
