First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Oh my, I think I may need to go get my magnifying glass. You have got to have the smallest font size I've ever seen on a forum. Your index is full of random information, and it's confusing in general. I'll get into that in Site Layout though. I'd like to focus on the skin here. Other than the fact that it's seemingly impossible to read, it's alright. The images are good and relate to your forum's purpose, except the little subforum icon is not. It's the default IPB 1.3 image. I do like your rank images, they're very good looking. Your skin also has a very unique color scheme, which I appreciate. It's simply too cluttered, confusing, and small, though.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
OK, your index is like an overload of information. Chatbox here, statistics here, advertisements here, staff list here, and oh yeah, there are some forums. It's confusing, and really should be simplified. Put all of that sidebar information on a separate page, not crammed on the side of your forum. Even if you turn off the chatbox, the actual box that contains it remains, defeating the purpose. As far as the actual layout, I don't think I can really judge that because this is an RPG. RPGs take a lot of forums to create.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You have over 1,000 posts on your forum in under a month. That is quite good. The problem is that you have so many forums that your forum doesn't appear active, when it actually is. Regarding your "Extras" category - is your staff really going to have enough time to run all of those? A lottery, an auction, a party, easier egg hunts, etc? That's a lot to take on. While they aren't being used, the forums just sort of sit there and look really inactive. Maybe you could just have a few Extra forums, or only make the ones that are currently being used visible. That way the layout is cleaner, it's more readable, and the activity looks better.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You have quite a lot of staff. I suppose that's needed for an RPG, though. All your staff seem pretty active. However, some of them only have like 30 or below posts (one only has 13). For people who are supposed to be constantly updating the RPG for players, that doesn't seem like a lot of posts. All your staff seemed to act fine though, and lead the forum well. I wouldn't hire anymore staff. You don't want to become overstaffed.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I did notice a few errors. I'll point out 4 of them, and from those you should be able to fix all of them.
