First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
-The theme is ok. It looks nice, but has a few flaws in my opinion. For one, the scratchy, TV like background cuts off halfway down the forum and goes back to solid gray. Make the background constant.
-I really like the rotator next to the banner, advertising different sections of the forum. This is a really useful tool, and I have not seen it before. It adds a spotlight on random sections of the forum.
-Some forums, such as Manga Discussions and Artistic Showcase have large images next to them. Either add images to all the forums, or take these away. They do not look good.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
-I think Manga Discussion should be at the top of its section. It is a general discussion of Manga, and should come before specific shows.
-The banner says "Your Entertainment network. This means you should move the "Entertainment" forum up higher, as this is an important section of the overall forum.
-The referrals/latest statistics box should go at the bottom. It is not important, and is traditionally put at the bottom of forums. It looks awkward and obtrusive near the top of the forum.

-The statistics are nearly perfect. The activity is awesome. There are tons of members and tons of posts. Keep up the good work.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
-3 Administrators
-10 Active Moderators
-I really like the numbers you have as far as staff goes. 13 total staff members is a good number for a forum of this size. Things are kept under control, and focus can be put upon content, not behavior.
-A thing that caught my attention was the organization of the moderators by section. Each mod (or few mods) has a different section or role to attend to. It is a complex but effective system.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
-Contests..."This is where all the Contest and Events are organised by staff and members. " Added "are".
-News around the world..."Discuss and Report the latest stuff that's happening around the world.
Current Affairs, World Events, Disasters,Politics, etc.." Do not capitalize any of this but the first word...
-War of the Worlds "Intelligent posters only, please." This comes across as rude and frankly, I wouldn't join a forum run by someone who says things like this.
-Community Cafe "Share and talk about anything that has happened to you and hear other members' opinions on interesting subject!" Reworded this sentence.
