First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I like the banner. It’s very creative and show that you really can talk about anything here. Your default theme seems pretty boring and everything is light blue. There needs to be a little bit more of a variety in color. I wasn’t expecting to see an all blue forum when I heard general discussion. Throw in some more colors somewhere into your theme, but not too much as that would just make it obnoxious. I don’t like that you’re on ZetaBoards and that will turn away some potential members being on a fee forum host, but you won’t be docked for that. A lot of forums start out on free forum hosts and then move to a real host later on and are very successful in doing that.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The order for your categories and forums is great. Do you really need a forum for animals? Get rid of it and have it be in the general discussion until more posts are made about animals. Once you start to notice a lot of Animal topics/posts, that’s when you create a forum for animals. Also, the only things out of order are the ‘Showcase Your Site’ and the redirect forums. I’d move those down lower below everything else. Those aren’t important to your forum and won’t really generate any discussion on your forum. The more discussion you can get from a forum, the higher it should be.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum has been opened for 11 days and already has 2,540 posts? Wow! You have 23 members which means that you’re averaging just over 2 new members per day. Your members are averaging 110 posts each. You even have 204 posts already today? You’re averaging almost 231 posts per day too. I can’t wait to see how many posts you’re getting when you have more members. Great stats and activity!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You have 3 staff and I’m not really sure you need 3 staff with only 23 members. But all of your staff is extremely active, getting on every day, and doing a great job of moderation. I’m not seeing any trouble with people disobeying rules or getting out of hand. The only problem is that you have a staff member for about every 8 members which is a little much right now. Don’t hire any new staff until you get a lot more members.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
In the ‘New Members Lobby’ forum description, add an apostrophe to the word ‘Its’ at the start of the second sentence, and in the subforum, ‘Mugshots’ is actually 2 words. In the ‘Announcements’ forum description, you missed the n in the middle of ‘annoucements’. In your ‘Techy Discussions’, the subforum ‘Gaming Forum Roleplay’, ‘Roleplay’ should have either a space or a dash in the middle of it.

Get a real host, and change the theme. I know you can afford a real host because you’re paying for ZetaBoards Premium. If you move to a real host, that will bring in the members that are hesitating to join because they don’t like free forum hosts (like me).
