First Impressions & Appearance
First off, very nice theme. I like the colors, somehow all of those blend together and make for a really nice theme. It looks good and kinda fits the forum "theme". The logo, spot on. Very nice and clean and glossy like your whole forum.
I am overwhelmed when I visit your forum with the "top 10 box". I'd suggest just removing it. As it seems to also have an error. Member and Posts all say "null". So something is going wrong and it would be a lot better if it wasn't there. Too much "null".
The whole header feels smushed to me. Everything is all in one spot trying to be crammed in and find a spot. Spread it out some!

Site Layout
As I stated, the header is clumped with so much stuff. Move some things or just remove it. You could even start a member poll and ask what features are least used/needed. As it all sums up to what your community wants.
🙂 But the top ten box really does need to be moved away. It is broken.
New Members seems kind of out on its own. Find it a pot in a category
🙂 It is sitting at the top of the forum with nothing really around it. Maybe a sub forum in general discussion?
Also, I think archive should be hidden except from staff as it seems like a junk/old post forum which doesn't have any real use.

Statistics and Activity
You have some pretty good activity. I've noticed a couple of posts since I last visited and you are getting some pretty nice activity this early in the morning.
🙂 You have some really good members and they come back for more. A good stable community.
Promote contests and such, that will help your members stay engaged, learn more about eachother and the forum, and it will help you attract new members.
You have a very good community with lots of active members, keep up the good work!

Staff Moderation
There really was no easy way to see who was staff on your forum, so I had to go through a few posts and what I saw was the perfect amount. You have a good member to staff ratio. All your staff are active and timely and are dedicated to your forum. While your community doesn't seem like the rule breaking group, your moderators will be there if that happens. you have a great team of staff! Good job

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
I noticed on the left side bar, a lot of subtitles are like "Forum Jump?". Most end in a question mark. I am not sure if that is a mistake but it isn't a pattern because a couple don't have question marks.
😛 So I would look at that.
"Useful" in "Usefull links" is misspelled. One too many L's.
Add some pizazz to your forum descriptions. All of them seem to say "Talk about stuff in here..." "Talk about other stuff in here..." "Talk about MORE stuff in here..." See where that could get boring? Spice it up a little bit with some awesome forum descriptions! Take like 10 minutes and rewrite all of them. It is the small things that count.
