First Impressions & Appearance - I love the appearance, it's just my type of thing, everything gels together well and you do get a great impression of a beach atmosphere. What spoils it slightly for me is the banner/logo, the slogan should be centred below the forum name not over to the left? You can also see the join where it appears top have been matched up to the background? The tiny help link is almost lost in the palm tree branch too. I would probably like to see the "sign in" bar centred too. The addition of the click arrow to remove the status updates is very nice. The splashes on the roll overs are a great novelty addition.

Site Layout - Apart from the the things mentioned above there are one or two things I'm unsure of. I don't necessarily think you need to have an "other" section? The categories in there could be combined with the Hangout Shack section because the genres are not that different and vary varied. If the whole area was used specifically for web-masters, advertising and forums etc then I could understand the reasoning better. I like the good use of the sub sections, it keeps things tidy.

Statistics and Activity - You are not doing too badly, for 4 days old you are making good steady progress, with 19 members and 477 post that's an average of 25.1 posts per member. Of course the admin have made more posts which is to be expected, all but one of your registered members have made a contribution which is a good thing. All sections have at least one thread or two, nothing has been left bare. Because the forum is only very young still it is difficult to make a solid judgement on how well you are doing really, hence the average score.

Staff Moderation - I'm pleased to see that you haven't gone overboard with staff, 2 admin and one moderator is all you need for a forum that is still in it's infancy. You probably don't even need that extra admin right now but I do understand that partnerships frequently occur. Your moderator seems to be making new members feel welcome which is always a plus, I can't tell how well they are working with regards to actually controlling bad members as it's all still very new.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - I did notice one or two grammatical errors on your board descriptions, in a few places there is also a lack of punctuation. "Here you can discuss about anything!" the word
about is not needed. "Discuss about things that go on in real life" should read Discussion about things....You would do well to go through all the descriptions and review them to make them grammatically correct. Try not to make the sentences too long either, use a comma to break up the sentence in some places.

Final Remarks - You have a site that has the potential to do well, you can see that good effort has been put into it and some money laid out to help you achieve it. It's a pleasant looking place with a nice feel. If you can iron out the finer details it would look very professional. Your overall score should increase once the forum has been running for a while longer.
Strong Points - Great skin and theme, relaxed atmosphere, a nice steady flow of posts.
Things to Improve - Grammar and punctuation on your descriptions, a small amount of layout and graphics issues.
