Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
First off, AdminBB has a wonderful theme. The theme is really appealing. The theme appears just so welcoming. With the clouds, it's just a beautiful theme. The theme is soothing and peaceful. It's not the type of theme you'd expect on a webmaster forum though.
I am also a bit confused by the favicon. Why do you have a green check mark as the favicon? It doesn't seem to go with the theme or the forum's genre. It's just sort of there. I then notice the advertisements. I personally don't have a problem with advertisements as you need to generate revenue some way or another, but it looks like there are too many advertisements. I see four banner advertisements and then four text links. I don't judge a forum by its amount of advertisements, but some people do, so the amount of advertisements may keep some potential members away. Although, considering how many webmasters that probably use Adblocker, etc, it may be okay. For example, I use Adblocker, I only knew about the text link advertisements until I disabled my Adblocker.

Site Layout
AdminBB has a really good layout. It's set up pretty nicely. There's only four categories, which makes it a simple layout. You have thirteen boards, that is a good amount of boards, so even on slow activity days, you can still keep all the boards showing up on the main page looking very active. It doesn't require very much scrolling down the forum. I think board descriptions should be a bit more noticeable, for people who aren't as familiar with XenForo; they may not realize that they tend to hover over the board title to see the board description. Also, I see the board, "Forum Software & Help." I think that should be extended to discussing all kinds of different software, not just forum software. Why do I think that? Because you don't have "Forum Management" as a single board, you have "Website & Forum Management." So, I think "Forum Software & Help" should be more than just forum software being discussed. I must say I like the whole RSS feed, that's awesome, and it's noticeable. That is an excellent feature for a forum.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum has over 2,500 threads, over 23,000 posts, and over 500 members. Those are some pretty good statistics. Those statistics just keep going up. The forum is active. You can tell that the users really enjoy AdminBB. You have done a great job attracting new users and turning new users into active users. AdminBB's activity is just wonderful, new posts being created every few minutes, the forum has a nice, active member base. I must say I love all the unique content. All those articles are unique and really helpful. They definitely attract new users. Just by reading an article or two made by you, you can tell that you know how to create a successful forum and you have the future of AdminBB in your hands. Although, having over 500 members, I would expect you to have statistics past what they are. I think you should have a bigger turn out of posts by now. You should do whatever you can to get some of those users on the forum logging on more. Maybe a nice contest or competition would do the trick. But, overall, I must say well done, you seem to know what you are doing.

Staff Moderation
First of all, I think there should be a place somewhere, that has a list of all the staff members. I think I see about 5-6 staff members. Considering the activity of your forum, that is a good amount of staff members. I could see one more staff member could be helpful, but one less staff member couldn't really harm the forum either. Your staff members seem to be moderating very well. They are also active, which is really a plus. I see some staff members creating topics to help generate discussion. You should motivate the entire staff team to create topics to get more discussion going. I see your staff member, "cpvr" is his username. His username doesn't look very professional. I think the staff members should probably have their first name as their username; it's the type of professionalism you like to see in a webmaster forum. The staff are getting the job done though, and that's what counts.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Well done on professionalism. AdminBB is one of the most professional webmaster forums around. It's perfect for mature administrators. You seem to have done a great job being professional throughout the forum. Not only in the layout, but in all of your posts as well. You set a perfect example of how an administrator should act while posting around the forum. Great job. You also used great spelling and grammar. I only see a couple mistakes. First, there is the Member Introductions board description "A place for members to Introduce themselves;" Introduce shouldn't have a capital letter in that case. Also, the Forum Software & Help board description. You list six different software that are discussed, but there is also a sub-board for other software. So, in the board description, you should have "XenForo, IPB, vBulletin, MyBB, phpBB, SMF, and other software." Also, in the Articles, Interviews & Tutorials board description, you have "A collection of various
Articles,
Interviews, and
Tutorials." The things I have in bold in that quote need to be lowercase letters. That's just a few examples. I see unnecessary capitalization in a few other boards as well.
