First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When viewing the portal, the color scheme makes me feel like I'm in a cooled environment. The turquoise is a very awesome color to mix with white. The gif image 'welcome' is ok, however, I think the text being white is not a good idea. Maybe make it a color such as a black so it doesn't blend in.
When I go to the forum, I'm immediately greeted by the Shoutbox. This is not something guests wish to see. It's best if the Shoutbox is in its own board, inaccessible to guests. In my opinion, for the banner is a bit..plain. I like it, but I also think it's missing some action.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You've got a good amount of categories and boards, so there isn't allot of scrolling that needs done. The boards are all in the right places, and nothing seems out of line with them. I do suggest that, if there's enough people interested in it, make a dedicated coding section. I understand your forum is for graphics, having half graphics and have coding is a major plus.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You have 133 members, and over 3k posts. Either you've deleted some members, or the members you have are very active. Either way, having over 3k posts is very good. The forum has been going for over a year, so I'd expect around (or more) 3k posts. Though, I'd of thought you'd have more members.
Seems like most of the boards are kept posted in, which is good. If one section dies, the others usually will start too. I do notice a few sections that look somewhat dead. It'd be wise to try and some posts going in those few sections.
I noticed, you have over 1k posts..which means the majority of posting has come from you. This is a major no-no, as it then seems like you're desperate for activity, so you post like crazy around the forum.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Excluding yourself, there is only one staff member. It's always good to try and have as less staff as possible. As the admin, you're active, and do a good job. Your global moderator is very active, which is another plus. You both appear to do a good job at keeping all of the rules enforce, though there doesn't seem to be much of an issue with members.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
For the 'suggestions, advice, feedback" - Improve our Forums. The I and F should not be capitalized. For the 'Introductions', Your Self should be one word. (eg yourself) For the request board, Request your Graphics here and get them done by Members. I often capitalize Graphics, even if it shouldn't be, so that's not an issue. However, 'members' shouldn't be capitalized.
For other programs, I'd change 'Do you use other programs? Then this is the place for you!' to
If there's a program you know of that isn't mentioned, let us know of it. - or something to that extent. In just about all of your posts, you are very professional, and use correct grammar/punctuation. This is something all forum admins should have instead of typing like they were in Jr High.

Final Remarks: Overall, I am really impressed with the forum. It's hard to find a 'good' graphics forum.
