First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I gotta say, the homepage, is a little poor I think. it's just a boring Times New Roman font, that's extremely small, and it just seems so, well, bad.
The rest of the homepage is great, with a good design, the perfect font, perfect navigation bars, but then that boring ugly times new roman font just ruins it. I really, really suggest you replace it with a graphic or AT LEAST redo the image, it will improve greatly.
Overall, the theme isn't too bad, but it's a little boring, and it really isn't doing anything for me as a guest, so I suggest you try to put more images, graphics, and make it more standoutish.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout of the homepage is great, the forums are easily accessible, you don't have any trouble at all accessing anything.
However, the forum index might need some work. It seems very unorganized.
First of all, you don't need an entire board for just Rules, you can make that a global announcement or make it a topic in the Announcements and News board.
I don't see the need to have a ' Community Blog '. I suggest moving it down to your Off Topic area, or just deleting it, because that board doesn't work at all, it just doesn't fit.
Forum suggestions should be in the middle, and then Introductions should be at the bottom. That first area should look like this:
Category: Forum Information
--Board: News/Announcements
--Board: Forum Suggestions and Contests
--Board: Introduce Yourself
the rest of those boards can be deleted and the topics and posts merged to other board.
Your district 9 board fits well, becuase it's all movie related stuff, and the off topic area looks good too.
Really, just you need to fix that first category.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
I guess it's been open about a month, according to your post, and you have about 700 posts and about 25 members or so. This isn't bad at all. That's almost 1 registration a day, and almost 25 or so posts per day, which is great for a new forum. Make sure to keep promoting and doing exchanges.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
It looks to me like you're the only staff member, which is ALL you want right now. You're doing great as an Administrator, welcoming all new members, and being professional. Once you hit about 35 members and about 1,000 posts, I suggest, you add a moderator to help you.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)]
The grammar and professionalism overall looks good, but I notice you use words like " Wanna " or you use lowercase letters to describe boards a lot, which isn't something you want to do. Just work on that, write your descriptions a bit more professionally, for example:
using your Medium tell us your stories about D-9/d-10
should be:
Using your Medium, tell us stories about D/9 and D/10
Just notice a lot of lazy typing, I guess you can call it.

Final Remarks:
What was most liked about the website/forums:
Nothing stood out as something I liked the most.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The lazy descriptions for sure, and the times new roman 12 point on the homepage.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I don't really join sites anymore, but if I were interested, you'd draw me in if you fixed that homepage font, and you went ahead and redid a lot of those descriptions.
