Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
To start, I must say, I absolutely love the theme. Everything flows together perfectly. Although, the banner looks a bit on the unprofessional side to me. Knowing a bit about you, I think you could personally improve it yourself with no problem, so I suppose the banner isn't a big deal. You need to update your forum's favicon. You have the favicon from the old forum theme still up for the new one. The favicon needs to match the new default theme.
I love that you have a selection of a few different forum themes. It gives the users a variety; who doesn't like a variety? It gives users a choice. Also, users who like the old theme better than the new one have the option to switch to it; that is great for those dark theme lovers. I also must comment on the mobile version. I have many friends who access forums through their cell phone so the mobile version would be really helpful for people like many of my friends.

Site Layout
The forum's layout is as close as it can get to perfect. I feel there is always remove for improve, but in your forum's case, you have an excellent layout. Everything is in its place. All the boards and sub-boards are set up very nicely. You have an area for general forum discussion, you have an area to discuss each forum software, and you even after a section for programming. It's the perfect setup for a forum administrator. The only thing I notice is that "The Voting Booth seems to be a bit out of place or just unnecessary really. It sounds more like a generalization of the entire forum. I feel there is no reason to have a board for voting in polls. I see threads like "GIMP Vs. PhotoShop" in The Voting Booth. I feel that belongs in "Graphics Design & Artwork."

Statistics and Activity
Your forum has managed to accumulate some very nice statistics! Your forum seems very active and it looks like it will continue to be active over time. Your forum has a great future ahead of it, statistically. Almost 40,000 posts as I am typing this, well done. Over 2,000 members; that is very nice. Also, over 6,000 topics. Discussion is definitely being generated through these topics and will continue to be generated as long as topics keep being made.
Also, many of the topics are unique. They are original. I can only say great things about the majority of the topics on your forum. I see topics like "Is SMF TOO Simple?" Topics like that are great as it is not discussion of a forum software, it's a debate. Topics like this really get users replying. Although, many of your posts are lacking of quality though. You, as the administrator should be making high quality posts. I know it's a laid back community, but posts like "hows it going" are unacceptable. But overall, well done.

Staff Moderation
I personally counted 4-5 staff members. I am not sure where it tells you the amount of staff members. Your forum is getting more active every day. Having 1-2 more staff members really couldn't hurt the forum. Staff moderation seems to be going nicely. I see one staff member that hasn't logged on in about 24 hours. You should make sure that staff members log on each day, even when there's not much moderating to do. There is one big thing, professionalism. The entire staff team should be required to be professional in the public areas of the forum. It's embarrassing for your forum otherwise. Nonetheless, it appears that the way staff moderation is working is fine right now, but it may need changes soon.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
You need to really start for spelling and grammar errors. They really make your forum look unprofessional and it also makes you, as the owner of AdminForums, appear uneducated. First off, look at the Entertainment & Technology board description. "Discuss the latest gadget or new movies, gadgets and anything that keeps you entertained whilst not managing your forum." This should just be rewritten. As you can see, you even say "gadget" twice.
Now, check out the General Chat board description. In it, you say "isnt." Where's the apostrophe? It needs to be "isn't." Also, in the Programming Help & Discussion board, you need part of those coding languages mentioned in CAPS. For example, you say "html;" it's "HTML." Also, you say "css;" it's "CSS."
