First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your site looks ok as I give it a first glance over, to sum things up simply your site is pretty average. If you’re looking to stand out from a crowd, your off to a decent start, but your still stuck in the crowd. So lets get you up on stage where everyone can see you, tonight’s performance is Apple Gossip.
First off your theme I hate to say this but I have seen it everywhere, plenty of forums I know, have this theme. But on a good note your site looks active, and most on the site seem like happy little campers. While I recon your off to a great start, but there is really plenty of room for improvement.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
As I said above your theme is pretty basic, really simple and bland colours. If you like to stand out I recommend scraping your current theme and starting from scratch, but this is just my recommendation, minus starting from scratch I cant really say much more on the topic.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Looks like either your forum was inactive for a year or so, or you finally got around to just making the board public. But for a forum open since 2008 you should have way more then 60 members and 600 posts by now, I recommend a huge promotion drive. Try using all the different services around Forum Promotion, like the post package service, or even a few post exchanges would really lift your activity up.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Ok to start with you have way to many staff for only 60 members, you shouldn’t need that many staff members. But a few good points on your staff, as they do act professionally, while being very nice to all the members on the board. So a big thumbs up for the good work you and your staff do making the board a very productive and fun place to hang out.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The spelling and grammar on the site is really good, I cant really find any mistakes, which to this writer’s heart is a glorious thing to see. I like sites that have good writing spelling and grammar, plus a professional approach to how you present your site. My only complaint is the topic descriptions are so bland, all they say is what this section does. I recommend you add some spice and style to them, retype them up and make it exciting to read.

Your site stand at a cross roads, leave it the same and I recon it will be hard for you to make it active, while making some big changes could set you in the right direction.
