First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I said when I went to your forum was "Wow, the banner could really use some work". Although your theme looks nice and all, the banner just ruins it. When users visit your forum, the first thing they look at is the banner and there is nothing special about it. Other than that, the forum's appearance looks nice. Also, I will give you credit for your forums activity. Looks like the members really enjoy themselves on your forum.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Overall, your forums layout is nice and it is easy to find the sections you are looking for. But in my opinion, for a general chat forum, there isn't much category's to talk about in. Adding sections about life style, or even world news would be a nice addition to your list of categories.
As I said previously, the banner needs to be more appealing, and I also think the log in box beside the banner looks weird. A favicon would also be a neat addition to your forums.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum has been open for 6 months, and you have managed to pull off 11k posts, and 100 members. I think this is not much for a general chat forum that has been open for that long, so in my opinion, your activity needs a little work on. Try advertising around as many sites as possible.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I think you've made a good call with the amount of staff you've hired. Your forum is still growing at a steady rate, and an overload in staff members is not needed. You have a total of 4 staff members including yourself who regularly visit and moderate the forums.
Your staff members seem to act professionally and with good behavior, this is really great because it leaves a good impression to the members which keep bringing them back to your forums. Good job with the overall staff moderation.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your spelling and grammar seems to be good across all the forums and the posts made by staff are nice and lengthy with good professionalism. The guidelines seem to be in good shape aswell. If I had to suggest something, I'd say to change up the topic descriptions a bit. Try making something nice and fun to read. The current descriptions are a bit boring to read.

Overall, I enjoyed writing up this review for you. The forum is great, but with a little bit more effort the forum has potential. I am strongly advising you to change up your banner as it is really bland. Try getting a neat looking logo that looks nice and fun.
