First Impressions & Appearance
When I visited your forum, my first impression was pretty good. I like your banner. It is simple, but it tells you exactly what your forum is about, football. I must say, I am not a fan of your current theme. I have seen it many times before and it just doesn’t appeal to me. I recommend you get a new theme, a custom theme would look great. I do not like your favicon either. Was is it exactly? I can’t tell. I think you should change it to F or FP, it’s simple and it’s your forums initials. I love how you have a different board marker. It looks really great like that, good job. Other than these, my first impression was pretty good.

Site Layout
I see you have 18 boards. I think this is a bit much for a forum so young. I think the perfect amount would be 10, maybe 15 at most. Most of your boards under Media and Football Discussion do not having many topics. There are some boards with no topics, this does not look good at all. You should have created at least 5 topics in every board before opening. Maybe ask your staff to help. Domestic and other football have several sub boards with very few posts. I think you should merge these together. I don’t like that you have ‘Basic Promotion’ in there. This is a football forum, you should just focus on that.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum has managed to accumulate 277 posts, and 31 members as of right now. I see you had no posts from may – july. I assume this is when you are closed. Considering the amount of time you have been open, 277 posts is not good. Also, you have an average of only about 9 posts per member. You should encourage members to post around more, maybe host a contest, or try an active for active exchange. Most of the boards have not had a post today or yesterday, which does not look good at all. You should work on posting new topics every day to generate some discussion and get your members posting. You have almost half of the forums post. This shows you are dedicated, however, it also shows you don’t have many active posters. Try inviting your friends to join. Overall, you really should work on your activity.

Staff Moderation
I can not find a staff page anywhere, which is really something you should have. From going through the member list, it appears you have 3 staff members on your forum, which is not too bad, but I think you would be good with just 2 staff members for a forum of your size. Lukmaster and Limus both only have 13 posts, and Lukemaster has not been on since the day he joined. This does not look good. I think he should be demoted for sure, and you should get Limus to start posting more. For a forum of your size I don’t think having the ranks Moderator, Footie Moderator, and Media Moderator is a good idea. You should just stick to global moderators until your forum grows.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
You and the rest of the staff team seem to be posting around professionally. This is good. All your board descriptions are very short. I think you should expand on them and make them longer. Also, the boards with sub boards don’t have descriptions. Just because they have sub boards doesn’t mean they shouldn’t have descriptions. I think you should change Music, Films & TV to entertainment. It just makes it sound better, and books could be included there as well.
