First Impressions & Appearance
The first thing I noticed was the 125x125 ads in the sidebar. I then noticed everything else in the sidebar before the rest of your forum. There’s way too much white in the theme. It’s boring. Everything else is green, but I don’t feel like there’s enough green. Maybe add some sort of green background to cut down on the amount of white. Having too much white makes your forum feel like there’s way too much blank space. Make it so the title of your site in the header sticks out a little more. Maybe add a picture to it, or make the font different, or something. Also, work on the nav bar. I couldn’t even find the nav bar at first. Change it so the background isn’t white, or something to make it stand out a little more. Or, it should stand out more if the background is changed.

Site Layout
The Revenue forum doesn’t seem to be getting enough activity. Try making it a sub-forum under Webmaster Discussion since I feel that would be the best place for it to go. Maybe make it be its own forum later on when it gets enough activity in it. The rest of your forum’s layout is great and I like it!

Staff Moderation
You’re the only admin, you have 1 moderator, and 1 review team member. First of all, get at least 1 package team member maybe more, because you need to get that service up. You have 149 members, at least one of them should be good for the job, no? You have 342 posts which are 18.14% of all posts and you’re averaging 3.52 posts per day. Your moderator has 2 posts. Why is he on the staff team? He’s making your staff look extremely inactive. You want active staff. He also hasn’t checked the forum in a couple days. That’s fine if he’s on vacation, but to me it just seems like he doesn’t care about the forum at all. Your review team member however has 144 posts which are 7.64% of the forum’s total posts and he’s averaging 1.65 posts per day. I think staff should have at least 5 posts per day, or at least around that. You guys need to be creating threads to get members responding. Most people don’t really like making threads and would rather reply to them, but when there are no threads to reply to, they don’t know what to do and they end up leaving the forum.
