First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

The forum just feels boring. There’s nothing to pull you in. I like the Santa hat on the banner though. At first glance, you can’t even tell what the forum is. I’d suggest putting something into the banner saying what your forum is all about. The forum seems really empty. It also feels like there are too many forums. The footer is too big and I’d suggest removing some stuff in there. I’ve also seen this theme plenty of times before. You should try and find a theme that not many forums use.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

The order of your forums is great, but it feels like there’s too many. I’d suggest merging MyBB, phpBB, and CMS all into one and having sub-forums for each until there is more discussion on them. Having that many forums with no posts on the index makes your forum feel empty, and if you make them sub-boards, it won’t feel as empty and will also make your index shorter.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

Your forum has been open for 24 days. You have 31 members which are averaging a little over 1.29 new members per day which isn’t bad for a new forum, look for that to grow as you get older. You have 348 posts is 88 threads which is about 3.95 posts per topic. There seems to be a little bit of discussion going, but not much. You’re averaging just over 11 posts per member. That’s not bad, but it could be and should be better. Your forum is also getting 14.5 new posts per day. You need to work on creating topics to get more discussion flowing. Most new members don’t like creating new topics very much and they’d rather just reply until they get more comfortable with the forum.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

You have 4 staff for 31 members. That means you have 1 staff member for every 7.75 members. Your forum has too many staff and some people may not feel comfortable coming into a forum with too much power. They’d rather see more regular members. The staff has a little fewer than 46% of your forum’s total posts. It seems as though you guys are trying to create discussion, but the members aren’t responding very much. Try creating more and more topics that will actually create discussion and not something that you can give a one word answer to. Your staff have all visited the forum either today or yesterday, so they are all actively checking the forum. You guys are also doing a great job of moderating and not letting anything get out of hand. The only problem here is that there’s too many of you.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

In the guest message, don’t capitalize ‘Registering’ and also, it’s ‘benefits’ not ‘benefits’. In the forum announcement, switch the second i that you have in ‘implimenting’ to and e so it’s ‘implementing’. In the Introductions description, it should be ‘an introduction’ not ‘a introduction’. Your sub-forum in the Media Corner, the t in ‘Youtube’ should be capitalized.

Final Remarks:
Get a theme that isn’t so commonly used. ADVERTISE!

What was disliked most about the website/forums:

The amount of staff you have, you’re using a really common theme, and your forum feels too empty.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?

Get a different theme, and add something unique to your board. Also, get more threads going.
