First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
That banner, I don't know, man. It looks sort of cheezy. It's that font. It looks like something a little kid would use on a poster for school. The banner images are good, but that font needs to be adjusted. The skin itself is really cool though. It definitely goes along with your forum's purpose and I appreciate the fact that your skin is fluid. I really like that because I have a larger monitor myself. I like how your rank images go along with the soccer theme as well. I did have a few things though that weren't so good. First of, the amount of green is like, overpowering. There's no variety - at all, in the skin's colors. Also, this, "

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Dude, you have like a TON of forums. There is no need for the amount of off-topic forums you have. If you're going to have a forum based on soccer (football), then well, have 99% of the forums pertain to that. Having a complete market section that sells non-soccer items along with nine general discussion boards is not good. Your forum appears less active and is more difficult to navigate when you have massive amounts of boards. Simply cut down on those and merge a few together and you'll be fine. Remember, a cleaner and shorter index is a better index. Also, I'm not sure I get the "Contact The Staff" section. Why not PM a staff member versus having a whole board full of reports? On the good side though, a lot of forums WERE soccer-related and they prove you have an in-depth knowledge of the series. All non-forum elements were fine.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
For being open since September 20th, you're doing quite well. However, a MASSIVE amount of posts have been made by you and your staff. That's good and all you are active, but it can intimidate new members to see so many staffees posting, and less posts have been made by ACTUAL members. It's still not bad though, you have 5K+ posts in total overall, and that's good for the amount of time you have been open. Just maybe do more post exchanges and have an admin or two focus less and focus on advertising and promoting your forum. That's the way to do it. Good luck.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Sorry, not much to say here. You have 3 or 4 staff members, which having like 3 admins for a forum your size is a bit much, but not bad. They all seem to do their job, and you do too, so it's all good. You all seem active and the amount of professional posts on your forum was great. You all show an in-depth understanding of the sport, and all kinds of good info can be found. The posts are really good, so keep that up.

I noticed a few minor errors:
"Read the forum rules here, you must read these before you post. Also, this is where forum announcements will be made." should be, "Read the forum rules here; you must read these before you post. Also, this is where forum announcements will be made."
"Please don't post your ideas in other threads, make your own thread." should be, "Please don't post your ideas in other threads; make your own thread."
"Tell people what you want, and what you'd be willing to trade for it in here." should be, "Tell people what you want, and what you'd be willing to trade for it, in here."
Overall VERY good though. Those are VERY minor.
