First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
when I first visit your forum, I see a very nicely designed theme, some great tools, and a register call to action button. Very nice first impression laid upon me!
I noticed donating on the right before I saw anything else, but I don't know many who donate without knowing what the thing is yet. So I would maybe move the donating block down on the sidebar so that it is not noticeable, but still accessible.
Also, as a note, the site really zooms well. (I Zoom in)

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I think the category "Forum HQ" should be reorganized. Like New members first, then community feedback, then competitions, then the news. That would really help prioritize the new member section.
I would also make Forum Games a sub forum in the Power Down forum. It is not a major forum and has no real benefit to the forum. Forum games can also help one power down too.

I like the side bar, however, I think moving status updates to the top and the donating block down will help the layout of it and really show more of a community aspect to the site.
Ad placement is nice, not intruding, no flashing, beeping, sound-making, changing or computer breaking ads. Just a simple banner. That is the best way to go, good job, and thanks for not flashing ads in my face. :great:

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your activity looks decent, but not great. I would remove the "creative" forum, as there are no posts and is a dead forum. I would also add some topics in internet chat because it looks dead in there too, only 2 topics and one reply. That is the second to last dead forum on your forum. Just try and open up some new and interesting topics to discuss. That will get some blood going in the forum's veins.

Going through the memberlist, it seems you have a good memberbase, but none of them are posting. The average of all your members posting is about 4. You should start a contest or something because you have some great members, just nothing encouraging them to post. Doing that will help your activity tremendously.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You seem very over staffed. You have a couple of administrators. You only have 2,000 posts and it doesn't look too busy. The staff are active, but there are just so many of them. I would encourage you to not hire any more staff for a while. You need a good staff to member ratio.
The admins do a good job of keeping the forum clean and safe, good job on that. A nice flow of updates as well!

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Spelling looks good for the most part. Forums are very descriptive and help the reader understand what to post and what not to post. Can't say anything bad, everything looks pretty well written on the forums and announcements have good content on them.
