First Impressions & Appearance
When a guest views your forum for the first time you want them amazed at design and the layout of your forum, however viewing your forum as a guest was not very appealing. I found that your forum was very cluttered. The first thing I would fix is your banner make it much larger and remove all those bars with today’s posts and search forum beside it, maybe put them below the banner. The boxes beside the actual forum itself for example forum threads and forum posts, makes your forum look unprofessional and it looks quite ugly, I would get rid of them totally, they are just not visually appealing. It also squashes your forum which makes your boards look unimportant and I would stretch the size of your boards until you reach the other side of the white section of the page. I love the buttons for your different forum categories; however I think you need to make them much smaller in size. I love your banner it is nice and simple but it is also elegant and neat with a nice slogan underneath it. I love the way your forum has different forum icons a lot of forum do not have this anymore and this is such a shame as it is really nice to see and I think you have matched up the icons to the boards very well.

Site Layout
Your layout is okay, however you need to just move around a few forums and also remove a lot of forums. You don’t have to show the recycling bin as it is not needed, and I would suggest removing from member eyes, we have moderators for a reason to remove spam and unwanted posts, so why should the members need to see it again in another forum. Chit chat café should be removed to the entertainment category and also free lancing should be removed into another relevant category. I don’t understand what your forum is trying to be and why you are doing it. I find that if forums are trying to be a bit of everything it does not work at all. You have a nice name and I would stick to the technology side of things. So that would mean you remove all your categories of course you can still have a games board and chit chat and maybe a general sport board but I would get rid of everything else as the forum looks very cluttered. “dreamtech” does not shout out to me as a bit of everything, when I hear that name I think to myself it must be a tech forum. That is all I am going to say in this section as you have to decide if you want to be that open in your forum, I would suggest removing a lot of boards as you have too many!!!

Statistics and Activity
Your statistics are okay, the member number is excellent for only a few days however the post count for that member base is not so good, but it is still fine and you need to keep fresh and exciting topics open and making the members post, as I looked at your member list and it looks like all your members have 0 to 5 posts each, this is due to lack of discussion on the forum and to make discussion flow is the job of the administrator and his or her mod team. There are some members who have not logged on for awhile and I would suggest maybe starting a contest as this would attract old members and also a lot of new members to maybe register and start posting. Looking at your boards a lot of them are quite empty and I would suggest filling them or taking my idea from the previous section of the review. It is unacceptable to have that many forums empty with the amount of staff you have.

Staff Moderation
Your staff team has a total of eight people, this is too large for your forum, you said that you seem to be working well, well normally a large staff team scares off new members as they are quite afraid to post, as lot of belittling goes on. And it can be quite a small circle of friends as well. I find that the admin has not used his own name or even a nickname, I think calling yourself admin is a bit silly. A lot of your staff have only one or 0 posts and this is unacceptable I would suggest removing them from your team straight away as there is no need for them. The staff who do have posts need to post more as it is not good enough to have only 20 posts. None of your staff have posted hello comments to new members and I don’t like that mod what automatically posts your introduction post for you, the members should do that themselves, your staff should tell themselves that the new member is the most important asset as it is the one the make your forum bigger.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
The spelling and grammar seems to be very good for the board description, however the text talk used by your staff is not good as it can influence you other members to use it and I would hate to see a whole forum using text talk, it would just make me want to turn away from the forum and never come back. I understand that you have a few staff members who don’t speak English as their first language, but you are an English speaking forum so I would expect good English on the forum that includes spelling and grammar, you need to make up your mind on what you want to do. I can’t find a set of rules on your forum you need to make a list of them and post them as a topic straight away.
