First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
ABSOLUTELY blown away! I love IPB, IPB 3 is the greatest software out there, that green and black skin is very relaxing feeling and welcoming, especially to a lot of people who play games or listen to music, like your forum audience is targetted to.
I also like the banner, good work with that.
The tab bars on the upper right hand side are also great, for quick access to many areas.
Honestly, there's no appearance problems I'm seeing at all. The entire board looks perfect in that respect, so excellent work.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I think the layout is pretty good right now, but I do think you need to move that contests board out of the announcements area, and make it a subforum of Announcements, possibly, because a whole board for contests is sort of overkill.
As for the christian rock area, I think it looks good, but I notice there is a little too many boards, with no posts. You might want to consider deleting what doesn't get a lot of posts, and redirect them to like an " Other " board.
Secular music seems good, maybe you should make a dummy account to make some posts and topics to populate the area a little bit.
I think you should mix Christian Reviews with Secular reviews because they are both a little close to each other and almost offer the same thing, you really don't need an entire board for Christian music reviews, just mix them, and make one for all music reviews new release, and one for all music reviews old release.
Off topic looks good, maybe make Technology a subforum of General talk.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Sometime in July, so about 2 months or so at this point, and you have 500 post, 25 members, which isn't bad, but not that good. That's about 250-300 posts per month depending on the exact date your forum opened, which again, isn't bad, but not great.
Keep promoting the board, keep spreading it around, take part in exchange, etc ,it will help.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Some problems here. One global mod, Ali, hasn't logged in since August 10th, this moderator needs to dismissed immediately. They are useless to you if they have 2 posts, and don't login.
I'm baffled you'd hire someone with only 2 posts to moderate, that's not a good idea, don't do it.
The other global mod appears to be active, which is a good thing, tell them to step it up a bit though.
You appear to be a great admin, so nothing wrong there..
I took 8 points off becuase of the simple fact that you hired someone with 2 posts to be a global moderator.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Nothing appearingly wrong with spelling and grammar anywhere, but I really suggest you try to re-write a few board descriptions. It's all " Discuss about... " Discussion about ... " etc over and over.
Professionalism is also in touch, I know Christian emphasizes that, so you seem to follow it!

What was disliked most about the website/forums: The fact that you have a staff member with 2 posts who didn't login more than 3 times, and is still on staff when last active since august.

I don't really join forums anymore, but you might want to try reaching a vast audience by maybe putting less emphasis on Christian stuff, and opening to all, as a main thing, and Christian, more secondary.
