First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Well I'm sure that I have reviewed your forum before and I can see that you've kept the green style, which I did say I liked and I still do, but I'm starting to think to go with something slightly darker now, but having said that I still like your forums appearance, it's nice and the header image is nice. Another thing I like which can be annoying on forums is getting hit with lots join now adverts everywhere, which on your forum there isn't any of that which is good, keep it like that but maybe put the odd announcement to the side or something :great:

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your sites layout is alright, but I think you need to change it round though because one thing I picked up on right away is there is a review team, now the review forum might be stairing me right in the face, but I can't see it so one thing you need to do is lable your forums better, I see that you still have the 'Fresh YAP....' forum; I think you just call it announcements, something simple, and one last thing that I've noticed is the option to hide the options down the side, I really like that so keep that on there, it's a very nice little feature.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Right well you do have a lot of members on your forum but the post count is very low considering the amount of members you currently have. I think what you need to do is try and get more of your current members posting instead of new people signing up and posting as you need to keep the total posts in the thousends and members under one hundred, well for now anyway, if it's like that then new people to the site will no it's an active for and join, so focus on getting exsisting members to post.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Well I think you have to many staff members spreaded out. I don't think there is any need for any modertors on your forums yet apart from people in the services teams. You as the administrator can handle the forum overall on your own for now so there is no need for extra moderators. Also you need more people on the serivce teams because you don't have many and if your services are requested and no one is there to fill them in then people are going to leave because they don't like the service. You have a lot of members so get the active members on the forum in the teams.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Overall the spelling and grammar is pretty good on the forum. The spelling and grammar of your members is good as well. I didn't see anyone using text language or anything and it is also easy and understandable what you can and can't post in certain forums as well, the descriptions are good, well done.

I still like your forums style, it's nice and the header image is pretty simple but goes well, and also the layout is good, the list of forum is not endless and is well thought out.

I really don't like the way all forums are hidden to guests, that needs changing because people wont return to sign up because they wont know what the community is like in general, you need to open them all up to the public, and don't make them hidden.

Change some of the things I've mentioned and I might in the future, but you need to get some more activity.
