Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your site's theme has some problems in my opinion. You're using a pre-made skin for MyBB that really isn't all that attractive if you ask me. The icons look a little amateurish, and I don't like the thing they have under "Posts/Threads." I'm also not a huge fan of the color scheme; it isn't terrible, but the mesh between dark and light is executed a bit awkwardly in my opinion. The background seems odd, too; usually, a background is either a solid color or a tiled image. It seems strange to have a background image that almost looks like it has a header on it. Your banner is also really plain. I don't think this is the worst theme I've ever seen in the world, but I really think you'd be better off choosing a different solution. If you're using a pre-made theme, you may as well try to find a really good one, right? Whichever theme you choose, you'll need to make yourself a fancier banner or have one made for you. The current one is too plain in my opinion.
At a glance, your forum looks pretty inactive. You have a low post count and member count. I would recommend doing some post exchanges to boost your number of posts and members. You've also got several empty forums that make your forum look even more inactive. I urge you to fill those threads with topics.
I'm sorry to say it, but my first impression of your forum was negative. I would recommend changing your theme to give your forum a little more aesthetic appeal. I would also recommend doing post exchanges and filling up your forums that are currently empty with new posts and threads (even if they're just rules).

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout is organized pretty well for the most part, but it's on the long side. Considering that a few of your forums are currently empty, some condensing may need to be done. One organizational suggestion I have is to move "Introductions" to your top category. The introduction forum should be one of the first that members see. Overall, I guess I can't really decide whether you want to be a gaming forum, a design forum, a web development forum, or a general forum. If you're trying to be a general forum, then you should probably be less focused on those three things (web development, gaming, and design) and perhaps condense each of those categories to a forum in your general discussion category. Overall, I think you'd be better off if you focused on one of those subjects or just went with a general forum and decreased the amount of forums you have dedicated to each. It will also help in advertising; you'll better know who your target audience is.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
It looks like your forum is getting roughly fifteen posts per day (the first post I see on your forum was 1 September 2010, so I'm using that as the start date), and you have about twenty-six posts for each of your thirteen members. I understand that you probably haven't done a lot of advertising yet, but now is the time to start. Firstly, you need to figure out whom you're targeting. In other words, figure out which audience you want to attract. Do you want to be focused on gaming, design, or development, or do you want to be focused on something else entirely? Until you know whom you're targeting, you can't really begin to advertise. Once you figure this out, there are many promotion tricks and tips posted on Forum Promotion. The "search" feature may be helpful to you. You can always request services for a bit of extra advertisement, too!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You currently employ two administrators. This is a sufficient number of staff members for now. Both staff members seem to be posting actively, but you may wish to fill up the forums that are currently empty. Your staff members do a good job of welcoming new users. This is good; if users feel welcome, then they're more likely to stay for an extended period of time. You don't seem to have any staffing issues, but make sure your staff members begin to fill up the empty forums with topics.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
One thing I notice right away is that you've got a typo. "Introcuctions" should be "Introductions." You should definitely get that changed; typos can look bad to users. Other than that, you should definitely rewrite your descriptions. Descriptions need to sell your forum and make it sound interesting. Other than those two purposes, they also need to thoroughly describe your forum. Make sure users know that your forum is interesting.

Final Remarks: Don't let some of the things I said discourage you; your forum isn't terrible. I think that the problem is that you requested this review a little too soon. It doesn't look like you've had much time to get everything settled.
Strong Points: Your staff members are doing a pretty good job of keeping things together on the forum itself.
Improvements to Make: You should definitely improve your theme, layout, activity, and forum descriptions. To improve your theme, I would recommend simply choosing a different one. To improve your layout, try to focus on one area or decrease your focus on the three areas I mentioned. To improve your activity, figure out what type of forum you want to run, and then promote it.
