I'm really liking the catchy name and the slogan. " The Community " is a great name, and that slogan really gives a nice warm feel to your forum... if you came up with these slogans, you should seek a career in Advertising or Marketing or something.. seriously 🙂
I'm loving the layout. The whole thing is nice and slim and there's not tons of excess boards all over the place.
You have a great theme and banner.
Forum Cons:
You appear to be a bit overstaffed. I suggest you stop hiring staff for now.
I don't see the need for that " Community Achievements " area. I think you should just have a topic or something for that in the General Discussion, or even make a board for discussions about Life and let people talk about that stuff there.
I'm looking at your banner, and while I really like it, it appears to have a slight blur. I suggest you ask about this in our graphics forums. I have no idea how to do graphics, but I'm sure someone can help you in there.
Final/General Thoughts:
The board seems to be pretty good. You need to step up your advertising efforts and you also need to kick in some more exchanges. I'm not seeing that much activity on your forum, and I haven't seen you exposing your site around FP and taking advantages of our services that often.. I highly suggest you order some of our services and you advertise a bit more.
