First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I really like the menu that you have up the top, when hovering how it changes to the blue that blends very well and is great on the eyes. But your banner is very small, the font is hard to read and I cant really distinguish who is who with all the renders on the right of it. I think fully covering the space to the left of the Guest box would better utilise your banner, because right now it just seems to stop in the middle of the header, whereas if it was extended it would stop at the edge of my screen. I really like the theme you are using, it is not too dark, because of the blue that is used. The grey is nice and light, so it gives me a gaming feel. Your new/old post icons are small, but they stand out.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I think your site layout could be a bit better. I suggest removing the Handheld section, as you could just post about the DS in Nintendo, PSP in Sony etc. I think your general gaming discussion should be switched around with the reviews, as generally it should go in first place. I dont know why you have guides under PC, and why you have Hardware situated in it. Hardware really has nothing to do with gaming talk, so maybe you could put that into the Off Topic area. Merging the Artists Corner and Off Topic I think would be a lot better, as having 2 categories that could easily be together. I suggest adding more forums to Off Topic, such as Technology and Sport, as right now you are just stuck with Entertainment and General.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
For being open 2 months, you have very bad statistics. Gaming being a very popular subject, and having many forums relating to the subject, you will always have a hard fight against the giants such as IGN and Gamespot, but after 2 months you really should have over 1k posts, being about such a popular topic. Just looking at your index page, most of the latest posts were made by yourself. Maybe getting post exchanges done could bring a few members in and some posts, who knows if they like the forum they might stick around.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Looking at your team page, you are WAYYY overstaffed. 2 Admin's and 1 Mod is way too much for only 35 members. If I were you I would only have yourself as staff, demoting the other staff may seem like a tough job but they really are not needed. They look to be posting around a bit, one with 39 and the other with 56. If you really want to keep them, encourage them to post. I still suggest that you demote them though.
