First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I notice when I load your forum is your outstanding banner at the top. It really suits the name of your forum well. Although the rest of your theme isn't bad looking, it is a bit dull. You may want to add in a bit more contrast to make it look more appealing.
Your forum looks pretty active at a glance. You don't have any empty forums, and your statistics look fairly solid. I don't think that your statistics would turn any prospective members away.
Overall, my first impression was slightly positive, but it wasn't outstanding.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Although your index runs fairly long, it is organized well. Navigation of your site still isn't hard. With your setup, I don't see any places you could delete or merge forums to increase efficiency. Despite being a bit long, you have a lot of room for discussion in your layout. Overall, your layout isn't terrible. If you can find any ways to condense it without losing discussion, though, then that would be helpful.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum receives about twenty-four posts per day. You have about twenty-six posts for each of your 102 members. Your forum is not dead, but there is still quite a bit of room for improvement. Firstly, I would recommend sending a mass e-mail out to your users. You have 102 users, and your forum has been up for nearly four months; it's possible that some of your users registered and then forgot about your forum. Secondly, I would recommend registering on some other general discussion forums and posting around a bit wearing your forum's signature banner. Services on Forum Promotion and abroad may also be useful to you; your banner is quite attractive, so it may be able to attract some eyes.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
If I can count, your forum currently employs five staff members. That seems like a good amount of staff members to start with, and I wouldn't recommend hiring any more until your forum grows quite a bit more. All of your staff members appear to be decently active posters on the forum. Your staff members also appear to do a pretty good job of welcoming new members to the forum. For the time being, I don't think you have any staffing issues.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your descriptions are bland and robotic for nearly all of your forums. Some of your descriptions aren't complete sentences, and some of your forums simply don't have descriptions. I think that you need to write descriptions for all of your forums that make them sound like they are fun to post in. Make your descriptions reflect what your forum really is. If your forum is lighthearted, then add a touch of humor to your descriptions. If your forum is friendly, then make your descriptions sound friendly and welcoming. Since I want you to change your descriptions, I'm not going to talk about grammar right now. If you choose to take my advice, then you can request a follow-up review; we can discuss grammar there.
