First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
-The animated banner is good and bad at the same time. At first, it is really cool and looks great. It is not seen much, and it looks as tho you are mixing it up a little. However, it gets very annoying to see constant sparkling out of the corner of your eye when you are trying to read a post.
-The expand/collapse function for sections is a great tool. If you are a frequent member to the site, and specifically go to one area, it makes things very easy. Very useful tool.
-For the most part, the theme is good. The colors are nice, and it has a nice look overall. However, it does not feel any different from 85% of promotion forums. They all look very similar.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
-I like the layout of the forum for the most part. I can't find anything to chew you up about as far as organization goes. It is organized very well. Everything is where it needs to be.
-I find it sort of ironic that you ask for donations AND have ads. Two problems here. If you are to be paid for ads, why do you need donations, and vice versa. Also, if I was to donate to a forum, I would like it to be ad free.

-The forum has been open for about a month and a half. So far the activity is decent, but for a promotion forum, it could be better. Promotion forums are usually more active than this.
-The average user has 26 posts. This number is fairly small, given the time the forum has been open, but there are a lot of members so it is not so bad.
-The forum gets about 61 posts per day. This is good, but most promotion forums can do better than this. Try exchanges and packages. They cannot fail on a forum like this.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
-To be frank, you do not have enough staff on the forum. Staff is absolutely key on promotion forums. Not having staff on a promotion forum is like not having a cone for your ice cream. It's a mess. Missing Package/Review staff is not good at all, and this needs to be fixed ASAP.
-Only one administrator. This is not good. You should have at least two for the forum. That way, there is more than one person to take care of forum business and in case of unexpected events, the forum will not be abandoned. Two moderators is a good number though.

-Banner Tool - "Want your banner advertised here?" Added a "d" to advertise.
-Posting Tool - "Need more potential on your forum? Maybe a boost of members or posts? Grabbing a tool helps to make your forum seem more active" Fixed for capitalization.
-Supermarket (Don't capitalize the "m")
"Buy/Sell/Trade/Exchange your posts, websites, licenses, domain, designs, etc.
Affiliate or job offers & research services are also found over here." I fixed numerous errors here.
-EZP Tips and Help - "Want our traffic potential? Find out now! or share your promotion tricks!" Capitalize Or. I do not know what you are trying to say here, but it does not make sense.
-Support Center - "Need help on your website, forum, blog, software, or other things? Let us know & we will do our best to serve you." Fixed numerous errors here.
-General Discussions - "Discuss anything inside the off topic lounge with everyone! Retire from promoting while you're in here." Fixed your -> you're.
-Graphics - "Discuss graphics & portfolio over here. All Artists, show off your work or post your graphics tutorials for members to learn." Too many errors to count...
-Admins and Boss"es" - "Discuss with other administrators & bosses about being a webmaster or running a business, blog, forum or website." Many errors here as well.
-Media Area - Take out "about".

Final Remarks: The grammar is awful. It was the last thing I looked for, and left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
